How do you know when you are in love with someone? And how do you know if it is true love?

This is one of the hardest questions to answer because you can't explain if you love someone. There are many ways a person can love someone else and it's hard to understand. When you love someone, you basicly can't live without them. They're really important to you, don't ever want them to get hurt or leave. When you're in love, you'll know. There is no possible way to describe how love works. It's kind of like the way you love your family, but in a different way but trust me, once you're in love, you'll know.

Thanks hun. =) Your boyfriend shoulnd't be telling you that you're fat. It's rude and it's not something that should matter in a relationship. He should like you for who you are not because of your weight. It's best if you talk to him and just let him know that it gets to you when he says that kind of stuff. It's better to be honest in any relationship and I'm sure he doesn't say that to hurt your feelings but just tell him that it bothers you. You shoulnd't change how you look or do anything just to pleasure his personal taste in girls. Don't do anything like that, please. If he doens't like the way you are then screw him. hey, i just turned 13 and i weigh 110. im not sure but i think thats a little over normal weight for my age, but i still look a little big in the stomach. if i eat less food, mostly just breakfast lunch dinner and maybe a snack a day, and start making my portions of food smaller, will i lose weight? or will i just not gain any weight? do i have to eat mostly healthy foods to lose weight, or can i just eat less snacks and just not eat as much? also, is exercizing absolutely nessary for losing weight? sorry if thats kind of a lot of questions, but thanks♥

Eating less will not make you lose weight. You need to eat at least 6 times a day. You don't really have to eat "healthy" food. Cut down on fats, greese, oils, sugars, & fried foods. Eat smaller porportions and try to eat at least 2,000 calories a day. After every meal, have a snack. Fruit and veggies are important in every diet. Eat lots of fruits and drink water. You can also drink diet soda since it's 0 calories. I don't mean that you shoulnd't have any goods like chocolate or cake .. but try to have a little once in a while. Ecercise is very neccesary if you're going to try & lose weight. You need it to stay healthy and when you just eat that food is going no where but the wrong places in your body. With exercise, you burn those calories and your body stores the good stuff. Try to have at least 1 hour of exercise a day. Walk, run, swim, play a sport or something but make sure you stay active oh & you're not over weight or anything. Your weight is perfectly fine.
