14/F me and this guy have been going out for about a week now. and hes kind of the shy guy. but not outside of school. also hes never really had a girlfriend. so im not sure if he knows exactly what to do. but he never calls me. like he'll say he will but he doesnt. i call him but he never answers. and when he doesnt answer, he never calls back! why is he like that?

A week is nothing. Let him get comftrable with you and the idea of having a girlfriend. Guys who never dated before are new to this and don't really know what to do. You should call him once in a while and even though you're the one that calls, just let him get used to everything. He has to get more comftrable with you so he can talk to you more and call you. I've been in your position and it's not so great, but it'll be better.
