I have muscular legs.. but not like uge but like nice and i'm working on my arms but they are fine.. the only thing i don't like is my tummy fat and my fat cheeks... everyone in my family has chubby cheeks... but is there anyway for me to slim down around my waist and loose some fat in my cheeks

running will reduce the size or your waste dramatically!!! and your chubby cheeks will just eventually come off with exercise. sit ups will also help reduce the size of your waste and at the same time firm up your abs!

Hello, Im havin some guy problems see i started datin this guy named jason* and we lasted for about 3 months but we never talked to much around each other, and i moved so we broke up but then i came back and i still had a lot of feeling for him and we talk a lot now.i wanna get back together with him and he knows i still like him but doesn't do anything. i don't think he wants to date again because he knows before it was kinda werid when we were together but now we now one another better and aren't bashful around eachother. but i dunno what to do cause i really LOVE him but he doesn't seem to be doing anything about it i mean he flirts and stuff but thats it. like he wants to to come over and do stuff but he doesn't seem to wanna date and hes not the type of guy to do that...so i dont know how i can get him back or if i should move on?

well honey ...i know where your coming from! haha. and the only thing i could think of is that maybe since it didnt work out before, he is thinking that it wont work out this time around. he doesnt want to get hurt and he doesnt want to hurt you. if you really want to get him back , ask his straight out....how would you feel about us getting back together? if you dont feel comfortable saying that to his face....some things are sometime better said online or in an e-mail or over the phone. see what he says and then take it from there. next time he comes over and want to mess around tell him that if there is no chance of you getting back together....then its probally best you two didnt fool around! hope i helped....let me know how things go! xoxo

well i kind of have a situation like yours only the guy who i have been in love with for 4 years lives no more then 10 minutes away from me. our parents wont let us see, talk, or even be around each other. the only thing you can do is call her(the long distance is going to be a bitch but oh well haha), write a letter every now and then, and ask your parents if you can fly down to where you used to live and stay with one of your friends for like a week or two and then spend every day possible with her! good luck kid!

legally yes there is...but in reality...i know 10 year olds who have already had sex...lol...so there is an age but it doesnt exactly stop a whole lot of people!
okay well my ex boyfriend danny and me went out for 2 months..well we were going out he started to hang out with his ex all the time and ye i did get jealous..n then one night he was telling me how he only told me he loved me becuase he was confused about her..so the next day which would be 2 months he dumped me for her..he asked her bak out and she said nobecuase she cant see them together..now danny is asking me back out..and i said yes i will give him another chance..he says he wants to be with me forever and he aid evryday he sees me he is falling in love with me even more and he said when i turn 18 he wants me to move with him..he says he will do anything for me and he is always here for me..i want to go back out with him because i do still love him but i dont want him to hurt me again..n i told him that n he promised me that he wont and he thinks we can last.

well there is always that chance that he could hurt you again, but if you really do love him like you say ya do then think everything through real hard and think about what could happen if it works and what wold happen if he hurts you again.....me personally i would give him another chance and just let him know that if he hurts me again then there wont be anymore second chance and that he will never have you back again! so take a chance but just let him know what will happen if he messes up!!!! hope i helped sweetie!!! xoxo

Okay..I'm not sure if anyone can awnser this question for me, but just incase someone can i'm gona ask. I recently did dxm..its also known as skittles. And i know thats really stupid. Now i'm regretting it. I'ts about a day after and I'm feeling really dizy still. Like i did when I was on it. I'm thinking i should probaly go see a docter but mabye everyone feels like this? I did it with my bf too and he doesnt feel it any more..so i'm starting to worry. I'm also on anti depresseants so i think that might have something to do with it. Plz dont delete this question. Hi. I have been having this problem with my blatter. I haven't been able to tell weather i have to pee or not. I have recently done some drugs that I beleive could mess up my kidney's but I have also had sex. I am wondering if sex can make you not know if you can pee, and also give you a felling of for example. A day when you havent pee'd for a while and you need to go really bad. That feeling...but when u sit down..nothing comes out. Could that be from sex? Or no. Plz do not delete this. After this question I'll never ask it again! Plz and thank you.
