that's easy. act like you don't care. not so much but some so he will notice that you're messing with his head. guys like that. then ignore him and be really short. the shorter they are the more they wanna talk to you. then act like your better than him. it may seem weird, but it breaks the ice. it might also help if you act like you're noticing him and see if he's noticing you and ignore him until he says something to you. hope i helped.
