Ok so I had a big argument with one of my best friends and I cried a lot. Now my eyes are really sore, are there any ways to soothe them apart from cucumbers?
SouthernBarbieGirl answered Wednesday October 20 2004, 5:47 pm: This may sound dumb but put spoons in the freezer overnight! When you wake up in the morning put them on your eyes for a while and it will help the swelling down. You can also use ice cubes! Good luck with not only that but your friend too! Take Care. Pwarx answered Wednesday October 20 2004, 5:02 pm: Hehe, what do is stare at myself in the mirror, and then turn away for a little bit. Then turn back, then turn away again. It makes your eyes clear up much faster...something tells me that has nothing to do with your question, and if this is so I apologize ^^;; [ Pwarx's advice column | Ask Pwarx A Question ]
Karen answered Wednesday October 20 2004, 4:05 pm: This happened to me a couple of times so what I did was I made two teas and then took out the two tea bags and cooled them down and then put them on my eyes!! It helped so much! Also, I once put a damp face cloth over my face and that helped too!! Hope I helped and I hope you feel better sweetie! :) [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]

Oh yeah, and with the friend thing, ALWAYS eat a cookie to make you feel better. Hope this helped. [ xXxpinky615xXx's advice column | Ask xXxpinky615xXx A Question ]
Draak answered Wednesday October 20 2004, 3:14 pm: Apply a cool compress of tea bags, wet cotton balls or a cold washcloth over closed eyes. The cold helps constrict blood vessels, decreasing swelling. Tea bags of chamomile, witch hazel or both work really well. [ Draak's advice column | Ask Draak A Question ]
