I was shopping with my friend. When we left the store we were stopped by two lady loss prevention agents. It turned out my friend was shoplifting, which I didn't know. She fessed up right away. I didn't steal anything. They said we both had to go with them to the security office. I tried to leave but one of the LP agents grabbed me and handcuffed me, hands behind the back. They separated us and tried to get us to admit we were in on it together. My friend and I stuck to the truth which was that I wasn't involved. We were both taken to jail and charged with misdemeanor theft. My friend pled guilty later and the charges against me were dismissed. I spent three hours in handcuffs and a night in jail. Why would they do this to me just because I was with someone who shoplifted? Any ideas on whether this kind of thing is legal? If not, does anyone think I have a legal remedy against the store for false arrest or something? Opinions on whether this is worth pursuing? (link)

it is legal my parents always tell me no matter what happends if you know if she shoplifeted or not you are in trouble too. its called guilty until proven other wise. lets say your in a car with your friends you guys get pulled over turns out your friend has drugs on them but you had none and no idea. your still in trouble. it sux, but the way it is. everyone makes mistakes but if you hang with the wrong crowd then id make it a point to hang with other people i'm sure your friend will never do that again we all have faults. sorry you had to go through that.

I am going swimming tomorrow but I started my period today, a few days earlier than usual. I absolutely refuse to wear tampons for health reasons so please do not just give me that suggestion. No tampons for me, thank you!
My family has been planning this trip to the water park for weeks now and I can't just back out of it right before we go. I thought that maybe I could wear a pad in the pool and everything would be alright. I'm almost 15 and I thought I could maybe meet some boys at the water park this summer so I really want to go and have fun.
Then, I got to thinking, won't the sticky stuff on the bottom of it come loose in the pool water? The adhesive part. I really don't have any experience with this and I really do want to go swimming tomorrow and hang out with some people.
Does anybody know if a pad will come off in the water and float around. That would be embarrassing...

tampons are for water not pads. as what the person below me said. as my mom likes to say its the joy of women hood. tampons are not bad if you change them and dont keep one in for more then 5 hours i would say. if its cuz you cant get it in or it hurts i understand i have the same problem and im 17 well i did have taht problem just dont keep the tampon in for a long period of time maybe change it every three or two hours if your going to the water park. or sit out. its up to u.

Well I look at porn almost every night. I think its wrong but I cannot stop, I tried to and my longest was a week without it. I think its killing my soul and making me a creep. I'm M/15 no gF. i met my boyfriend of 2 years at school obviously im only 17. but people can meet at the mall or online or work just walking on the street in a club a bar* my cousins met a bar and married* finding the connection when you see someone dertermines how a relationship will go. i have no idea how old you are or what you do but i found me being my boyfriends friend first makes our relationship work. i think that considering that we are young and in highschool we are a good couple we dont break up off and on cuz of an arugument we try to get through our differences and remember how much we love each other. if you see a cute guy or girl go up to them and say hi and go from there.

truth is you know that all girls are different maybe your not done growing up yet and really i dont think theres a way to make your boobs grow faster then they are already. your growing up still give it time. sometimes girls are born to have small breasts or big breasts. as far as the beach pool thing i cant help you but perhaps if you have an arie near you they sell that boob padding stuff that are like gel like things and put it in the bra of your bathing suit to make appear that you have boobs like you do in school. dont worry your still growing your young give it time you will most likely sprout in a year or less.

Although I'll get rude answers from this, I'm extremely worried and concerned to the point where my stress has gotten me sick and maybe delayed my period. when i was your age lol i got my period. the first two times my period was brwony. after that it was kinda of normal blood like. so it is your period but it needs time for a couple of cycles to get to real blood.

I got my industrial pierced about two months ago and one of the holes will not stay healed. Sometimes it gets a red blister-looking lump that pops up right where the piercing is. It doesn't hurt incredibly bad but it's annoying because it doesn't look good. I really don't want to take it out because i paid 70 to get it pierced and plus i like it. Anyways I clean it with peroxide and alcohol and the red bump still stays.

ok well wehn i got mine i had to tiny bars on each hole and that stayed in for like 2 weeks they were fine of course and i had to clean it with sea salt that you can get probally at the place you got it peirced or hot topic store. only 15 dollars. okay anyway it one night randomly was seriously bleeding but it didnt hurt so i have like blood stains like i had my period on my bed so gross. i dont know what happend but when i went to change it into a bar i cleaned it i didnt really take it out beacuse it hurt and ive had it for a year almost now and when i take my bar out it gets really sore so i dont know. but the point to all this is to get seasalt cleaner it seriously works my sore ear after changing it feels SO much better. try it. or go back to the guy who did it he can help

tell your mom that you were nervous to come up to her before but you fel that she really needs to know that you got your period. if she asks how long ago just tell her and apologize. that you were nervous and didnt know how to tell you. maybe your mom just wants to have a close relationship together and it upsets her. tell her also if she overreacts then tell her that the reason its hard to tell her things beacuse your afraid on how she is going to react and maybe she can lighten up and ask why she gets so upset.
