ALL it takes is ONE time, You don't have to ejaculate to become pregnant. You can become pregnant just by pre-cum and most men are not aware when this happens.

If you DON'T want to become pregnant, USE A CONDOM
If you don't have a condom, Then you are better off not having sex. At 13, You should not be having sex anyway you are two young. Again, All it takes is ONE time. If you are on the pill and you have unprotected sex, That doesn't make you 100% safe. Yes, You can still get pregnant while on the pill or any birth control for this matter. Just because your boyfriend didn't ejaculate doesn't mean you are out of the closet.

That was not very smart at all, Next time use a condom and also you might want to look into birth control. NEVER EVER have sex without a condom you are too damn young to be having babies.

Also, From a lot of peoples perspective...You had sex. Next time be smart not stupid

EDIT: This was just honesty, If you can't handle someone's criticism then again use your head next time. You shouldn't be having sex until you are more educated about it anyway.

prob not your good for now if its all dried up. umm your most likly safe with using a condom and pulling out but you should also be on birth control and see a gyno if your having sex get the hpv shots you know. as said nothing it 100% safe so be careful thats why you should see a doctor before you have sex make sure you know a plan parent hood around you if you cant see your doctor they can give you the pill prob the hpv shot (that prevents cancer in your private parts)just like you already know you might be a little young to be having sex right now like you should be flirting with boys having your first kiss not becoming a grown up now your gonna have sex you need MUST do all that birth control condoms gyno doctor check ups. if you cant get them you should not be having sex.

Nothing is 100% safe. Even using a condom, and having him pull out has some risk, but it's smaller that way.

It's pretty much impossible you could get pregnant through clothing the way you described. Sperm isn't smart. It just goes vaguely forward when there is a liquid it can move through. It's also dead by the time it dries. So dried sperm from earlier that day is no threat. Pre-cum can have a tiny, little bit of sperm in it, but even still, it may as well be impossible for it to find its way through a maze of fabric and inside you. The risk does exist, but it's very small right now.

If you are going to keep playing these games with your boyfriend, and walking so close to this line, you MUST go get yourselves some condoms at very least AND learn how to use them properly. This sort of behaviour gets risky FAST.

Remember: Nothing is 100% safe. If you aren't okay with that, you aren't ready to have sex. If you can't talk to your doctor about having sex, you aren't ready to have sex. If you can't get trustworthy condoms and use them correctly, you aren't ready to have sex.

Make sure you are ready, and then take the best precautions you can.
