I'm not a guy but, from what I have been told, you cannot always control when the erection will occur. The erection now may be caused by fear that it will happen. Your hormones are likely to be changing and unexpected erections will occur.
Try to not sleep in the same bed with him. Change the normal routine to help you body stay relaxed about him staying the night so you don't get an embarrassing erection. Sleep on the floor beside the bed or in another room. Go to the bathroom and try to calm down if you cannot hide the problem until it goes away.
Do not act sexually because of this. In many cases, it's illegal. In all cases, it's morally wrong to engage in sexual activity with your relative.
