i'm making a mix to listen to while im working out for football and another to listen to before the game. i don't want like the fruity songs (im a guy) i need like the hard core songs to pump me up. can you suggest prolby like 24 songs for the 2 mix?

your welcome - im glad i could help. uh well on tuesday i got surgery on my knee. i was running hurdles in track in early may and i fell. i tore my acl and some cartiledge around it, so i needed surgery. so i got it, and now it hurts like you wouldnt believe. but im living, and im online to still help you guys with advice. it keeps me busy and keeps my mind off the pain, so ask me lotsa questions =) thanks for caring hun.

Yeah Im sure I know her real well i hang out wit her all the time...but I get what your sayin... So anyway now I have a new problem... I was over my friend zachs house and he had a party me his bro and him and 6 other girls...I didn't do anything I just talked to one like the whole night... the next day she asks me out... I of course said no and told her about my love for paige... Any way paige somehow got wind of this and now shes mad again...Im seriously getting sick of this he said she said crap...Im done playin games...I was wondering if I should keep up with paige and continue tryin to hers or just slowly slip away from her...I know that it will hurt but It might have to be done...

i dont understand why shed be mad if you said no since you have such strong feelings for her. she doesnt have the right to be mad - especailly if you didnt do anything with anyone and said no when they asked you out. and even if you did do something- she said no when you asked her out, so why can she be mad? maybe you should ask her if she even likes you or if she thinks you should move on. only she knows how she feels - no one else. and shes sending you so many mixed feelings and signals i dont know what to tell you. i thkn you should just sit her down and tell her what really happened at the party, then ask her if its really worth it for you to hold onto her. if she says yes, then she likes you and if she says no, then she doesnt. if she says well idk its up to you or something then she kinda does but shes not sure if she wnats to be with you. good luck

How do I cut holes in my jeans to look "natuaral"?

i know girls who use sand paper and also electric sanders. just dont go to crazy with it. and remember if you do, you can always use patches and make them look even more rugged, but not so nartural. good luck

dont be scard to ask him to hang out. you ahve to remember looks arent the only thing in this world and they arent the only thing that matters. see if hes even worth your time. sometimes people are completely different online then they are in person. maybe go to a park and meet up or something. get to know him. and let him get to know youi. if you flirt with him and also leave him hanging a little - then you will catch him and he will want to know more and mroe about you. then he just wont be able to have enough and will want you to be his grilfriend. take your time though, have fun with it, and be yourself. good luckk

i dont really know what your asking..? but i do know that guys are always confusing. you never know what they are thikning or doing or even thinkning about doing./ if you are really like interested in why he was pointing at you and stuff - maybe ask his friend whats going on and why he was pointing. maybe it was a joke - you will nevr know unless you ask. so if your really being bugged about it, then ask him or his friend. dont be scared! =) good luckk

ive answered this question before - and im still sticking to my answer. it may be, it all depends on the situation i guess. but once you are really in love, you dont fall out of it. its a stronger word than most people think.

i am in middle school and my younger sister is in elementary. the things that we learn in middle school are different than what they teach in elementary..some..so whenever i get like a B or C+ AND my sister gets an B+ or an A..my parents always say..oh look at your sis she got a better grade than you..and i tell them that its because they have easier stuff and mine is hard..why are they doing that? it really makes me mad. i AM trying my best.

parents are always hard on there kids. they just want them to do good and suceed at life. they prolly also want you to set a good example for your sister - so she wants to be just like you when she gets older. they know that shes doing easier stuff - but they arent gonna give up on the whole situation. they want you to do great, so you will do better as you get older. just explain to yor parents you are doing your best and hopefully they will understand.

Hey Kelly, I found out about your surgery, and I hope your knee is okay. I need knee surgery as well, it's kind of a birth problem that affects my walking. Oh, and happy belated birthday!!!!

wow, sounds like a wierd feeling ! anyway - maybe she wasnt ready for a new relationship yet. tell her that the whole point of having a relationship with someone if getting to know them and having fun with them while doing it. and are you sure you know her really well? didnt she hurt you a lot by telling you that anyway? i think you should just spend time with her - and i guess get to know her even betetr than you do. just some one on one time should do the trick. sorry if this doesnt help much, but im almost positive it will in the long run. good luck

hey, this isnt really a question but here it goes. i have been thinking about some of my relatioships with some of my friends. i genrally(sp?) have alot of friends, but i recently realized that im not like really good friends with any of them, which i think is important for (especailly a girl) to be able to do with a friend. liek one fo my friends which i pretty much see everyday, has told some guys some very personal secrets about me, and i got mad at her and over time forgave her. then somthing came up and i lied to my friend and she got mad at me for telling a lie, and i completly understand why, but then she has been lying to me alot latly, and when i get mad at her shes just like "god, dont spazz". so heres my question...what do you think i should do about this friend of mine. we're not in any kinda of arguement right now and i want her to kno what im thinking right now but i dont know how. i also still want to be friends with her b/c she is alot of fun to be around and we get along with eachother alot of the time. pleaasseee help!(sry if this is long)

this is kinda a hard situation. i think that the problem with everything is that you two are a lot alike. and since your so much alike, you butt heads a lot. it wasnt right of her to tell personal secrets about you - especially to a buncha guys. and i also dont blame her for being mad once you told a lie. but since she has been lying a lot lately - you have a right to be mad back. and if she is rude ("god, dont spazz") about it, then thats not right. i kinda have a friend like this - and i know its super hard because shes super fun to have. you dont wanna risk just coming out and telling her - because your not exactly sure how to tell her. i think you should just wait until you feel the moment is right. and then just be honest. try not be rude or like bitch-ish. just say it nicely, and be like i dont really understand why sometimes you get mad at me when you do the same thing, or soemthing. you know. thats like not rude but still straight to the point. gooodd luckk

is it possible to tan with baby oil? becuase i was at the beach and i saw this lady putting baby oil on herself and she was tanning. will u like burn urself or something? or is it okay? thanks.

supposidly its like frying bacon. i deffinitally dont reccommend using baby oil. you will just fry in the sun, and deffinitally get burned. plus your chances for skin cancer rise (which is super not good). its not okay. sunscreen is a deffinate better choice =) good luck

when is the right age to pluck ur eyebrows? im 13 and i think 13 is 2 young but then again im not really sure... so what age is approiate? thnxx

i dont think there is really a set age. just when you think its neccessary. i started when i was late 12ish i think. but its one of those things where once you start - you cant stop (unless you get it waxed). your supposed to get it waxed then just pluck keeping the shape. and only gettting it waxed when you loose the shape, but you dont really need to do that. if you think 13 is too young, then thats fine! just some people (mainly girls) have problems with their eyebrows (bushy, unibrow, ect). people with darker hair are more likely to start sooner than others because like its darker. i guess the approximate age is like all up to you. like i said, its not really a set age.

okay so i have this like dry skin thing, i think its call excema - but i dont know if thats how you spell it. Anyways. its like where i get bumps on the back of my arms and under my legs from it being really dry skin, and then it gets irritated, and like it feels REALLY SICK and looks even sicker. it looks like REALLY bad acne on my arms. but my docter said its dry skin, and that i've had it since i was a baby, and just to keep applying lotion. But nothing has helped, i think its getting worst. And its embarrassing.. any ideas? Please help. i dont have one of these things so i can only ask like individually - but if you dont know anything about it its alright, thank youu for anything..

okay, so i have some friends with this problem as well. first off - i think you should go to ask your doctor if you could use something called mometasone furoate cream. it should help kinda clear it up. also, in the summer - go out in the sun. it helps A LOT A LOT and it will help it clear up. besides that, i dont know if there is much more you can do. sorry, but good luck!

although i dont reccommend it, there really isnt anything super wrong with it. some cultures reccommend breeding/marrige within the family. and since she is your 3rd cousin, id say its okay. but like its kinda a wierd situation, i mean what if she did get pregnent, or your parents found out? how would you tell them? also, there might be a problem with the gene pool because your guys are related- but of corse thats always a small chance. i know this may sound wierd, but Rudy Giuliani's first wife was also his third cousin. i just found that when i was looking up info about the question, and thought it was pretty interesting. so yea, theres nothing really wrong with it - besides the fact its a little wierd. but hey, its all up to you guys! good lucckk

uhm i'm kind of confused b/c......
i am really mature for my age (12)- turning 13 in August, and have gone through a lot of puberty but i havent gotten my period yet. My hips/butt isnt that wide yet, but then again, why didnt i get that yet?

i am not overweight. and i doubt i'm underweight. i'm 5'5 and 103 pounds.
i dont know if this has anything to do with it, but i have a lot of allergies and school is so hectic and everything. and my bat mitzvah is in 2 weeks so i am really busy.
i cant really tell if i'm under stress or not though because i know that can be a reason that can make your period come late.

dont be confused at all. its going to come soon, i can almost guarentee it. it usually depends on when your mom and your grandma(s) started. you usually start around the age that they started because its hereditary (sp?). since you have started to develop, im sure you will be starting soon. also, if you are very active in sports then it might ahve something to do with it. your tall and skinny as well especially for your age. allgergies most likely wouldnt ahve anyhting to do with it. and usually stress isnt the case. more likely that will just make you like break out on your face or such with pimples. i woouldnt worry much, its going to come soon. take your time and enjoy being a semi - kid. having your period isnt all that great. i promisee. haha, if you are reallllly concerned then you can go to a gyno to get checked out, but you dont really need to do that.

So, first off I am in the 7th grade, 13 years old, and a girl... I have 2 boys I like and they like me back and BOLTH asked me out. #1 treats me with respect, goes to my school, I see him often, and he's really sweet and hott lol. But my guy friends don't like him very much, and my girl friends either hve a crush on him too or already dated him. -- #2 is not shy, and not afraid to do anything with me. i think you sent me this question twice, and if not then two people asked me alomst the same exact question - so heres my answer :] to start off with - WOW, your one lucky girl. but its pretty much all up to you. im sorry and i knwo thats not what you wanna hear, but i cant choose for you. but heres some things to think about. who do you see yourself with in a longer relaqtionship? once you go out with them, which one will make an effort to still be friends after a breakup? who would treat you better? who would make time to see you(outside of school)? who do you have more in common with? who can you carry on a convo with? all these are things that your should really consider before choosing. once you answer these questions, whoevers name you answer more - i think you should go for him. that little feeling youve got for the second guy shouldnt be ignored and it sounds like youve really got something for him, but you might not see him alot - which is hard especially at this age. while its great for the other guy because you see him all the time, but your risking a friendship by taking it to the next level. im sorry once again, but its all up to you. good luck =)
