ok so i am 5'4 and weigh 131. i have big hips and i a pulgy stomach. for spring break me adn alot of friends are going to panama city, so i want to look good in a bathing suit. i would like to loose 15-25 in about 2 1/2 to 3 months. i am willing to try exercising alot, and eating only good foods. the thing is that i dont know what exercises are good and what foods to eat// not eat to looke weight!! any help is appreciated. thanks!!!

first of all DO NOT STOP EATING! alright with that sed make sure that you do eat breakfast everyday b/c if there is nothing in your stomach in the morning it will make you fatter. alright crunches and sit-ups are good for the stomach- leg-lifts are good for well legs and things like that but make sure you go jogging and maybe pick up a video on tae bo or sumthing.

why would she say this to me in the first place? what could her motive have been? is it to tell me she doesn't like me and wants me to back off? First of all, please don't give me the evils or alcohol or drugs or any crap like that, I'm of legal age where I live.
Secondly, about a month ago, I got drunk. This was the first time I got actually drunk with a hangover and all. I used to drink before that and ocassionally got tipsy but this time I let all self control go and downed a two six of Smirnoff with my friend. I threw up and was sick all of the next day.
About a week later, I took a sip of Vodka again and promptly threw up. Now, everytime I thing about drinking Vodka, I feel like I know I'm going to be ill.
New Years is coming up and I bought a lot of alcohol and now I'm afraid I won't be able to drink it. Can any one find a remedy for this? The thought of not being able to drink is thoroughly depressing.

i think i might have a phobia of some sort...

my bf is wonderful. I care for him alot...i don't know about love..but i care for him alot. The thing is, whenever I am with him, like at the movies, or at zoo lights, i love it when we just cuddle. I feel so safe when he has his arms around me and i just sleep on him, or just relax on him. I am not really that much into kissing. His best friend is my guy friend and when i talk to him on the phone, he says that my bf tells him that he likes me alot alot but he wants to kiss me more. there isn't anything wrong with that but what you like and he likes maybe different things maybe (this sounds kinda gay) you can come to a compromise with yourself and think privately okay i'll cuddle with him for an hour and then make our with hime for 5 minutes then cuddle then make out like a pattern
