Hey. Well, I am 13/f in the 8th grade, and I'm doing a science project about light and heat energy. I was wondering if this is a good science fair question-"Does a 23 watt Compact Flourescent light bulb give off more heat and light energy than a 25 watt Incandescent light bulb?". Please let me know if this is a babyish experiment, or if it's advanced and good or whatever. Thanks!

LadyGoodman answered Thursday December 29 2005, 5:27 pm: I think that's fine. I did a light bulb experiment in 8th grade and I went to a strict private school and received a high mark on it. I put plants in dark rooms with various colored light bulbs and noted their differences in growth. Light bulb experiments usually make for good reports.
