My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

I have gotten so many comments on how big my eyes look. I don't really know if this is a good or bad thing....but i would kinda like ur guy's opinion. Also, Is it because i wear eyeliner??? will that make it look bigger? some people say it makes their eyes look smaller...but i dunno. I use a dark brown eyeliner and i only do the bottom...not the top. (i have fair skin too)

When people tell you that you have big eyes, it's eather a good or bad thing. Depending on their opinion. Usually, it's a good compliment. Eyeliner does give a pop to your eyes and make them look bigger if you use it right. Eyeliner can also make your eyes look smaller but that depends on how people use it.

Okay well this might sound weird but I want to shave my vagina and I already shave the upper part of it but I can never get to the bottom part! How in the world do you get down there!?!?!? It's sooo hard and I can never like see what I'm doing! Thanks so much!

This is the make up question right? Anyways, you should wear colors that bring out your eyes. Brown, gold, shimmers, violet and other natrual colors. Wear a bit of mascara and eyeliner. Add some blush and you'll look great. =]

First you have to save the background. Then go to photobucket.com or tinypic.com and upload it. You will get 3 codes and you need to copy the URL code. After that, go to Column Settings and paste the URL code of that backgroud where it says.

I personally think it's a stupid reason to break up with someone but then again, it's your decision not mine. What he did was hice choice and I don't really see why you're hurt by it? He wanted to do it and didn't think it was a big deal. Before breaking up with him, just talk to him and tell him how you feel about what he did.

It's normal and you're not going overboard. A lot of girls would also get mad. Just don't take the jelousy to far because guys don't like it and it shows that girl don't trust them. So, trust him with things like that. At the end of the day, he's all yours, not theirs.

There is no age limit on when to have sex. You're eather ready for it or you're not. When you feel like it's the right time to do it, go for it but make sure it's something YOU want just as much as your boyfriend and make sure you won't regret it in the future. I'll give you my opinion though. I think that you're still too young and I'm not going to lecture you about it. Whenever you're ready is the right time.

Being jelous is normal so don't feel bad about it. You don't want him to flirt with other girls because he's yours and it's understandable. Think of it in a good way though. Even though those girls flirt and talk to him, he's still going to be your boyfriend and like you more.

The other columists obviously don't know what Facebook is. I looked it up on the help section and this is their answer. "We have about as much of an idea as you do. We thought it would be fun to make a feature that had no real purpose and to see what happens from there. So mess around with it, because you're not getting an explanation from us." Also, when you poke someone from a different school, you're allowed to look at their profile for 30 days.

Invite her over and talk to her. She might be going through a lot of problems right now so just invite her over and be there for her. Running away won't solve her problems. When she get's back, she will have to deal with them. So, like I said.. just call her over and be there for her and talk to her. It will make her feel better and special that you're being a good friend.

Hi, I'm going to high school this year and I want to make a splash. I have changed a lot over the summer to more of a fun-loving and more confident person. I just got a great haircut, but I want some advice on clothes that I can wear that aren't too expensive and are modest (also, any ideas of stores that have good clothes, but not too expensive). I'm 15/f, blue eyes, blonde hair (shoulder length and layered) I am 5'3 and I weigh 105 pounds, so I have a thin frame. Any advice would be great!

I pretty much agree with everything other columists said. Forever 21 has great clothes, accesories & not too expensive. Same with Charlotee Russe, Aeropostale and so on. When you go shopping for new clothes, have a budget so you don't spend tons of money. Have at least 100 dollars and try to find as many things as you need for that amount of money so you don't go over board. You can find bargins and not to seem cheap or anything, but look if they have clearences and sales. Another thing you should do, find pieces of clothing that you can mix in match to make tons of outfits. It will save you money and look cute. Also, department stores are good for back to school shopping. =)

You should be losing about half to 3 pounds a week.

OKAY, here it goes...! K, i fell down the stairs at my school last week, on Monday. I dont think i really broke or sprained anything, but i hit my head really hard on the tile floor, and the stairs( i was at the top and fell to the bottom). Now, almost a week later, i feel lightheaded, and dizzy... is it from the fall? should i consult my doctor?!

That happened to me before. I fell before and couple days later I started to feel light headed and weak. You should go to the doctor just incase it's something more serious.

You can't convince anyone anything. Teenagers are like that. They belive what they want and make something seem bigger than it is. It might be hard, but just ignore them. Don't try to change their mind because chances are they will still call you a slut. It's pathetic but don't worry about it because YOU know that you aren't like that and you know you didn't do anything so who cares what they say. Just don't talk about your personal life to other people. They're stupid and don't know. The more they know it bothers you, the more they will do it.
