its not weird to go with a guy to the movies. i do aLL the time, but hes my best friend. But even sometimes i go with other guys that i Like. just be urself. no reason to be scared. You can Lean on him if you wanna. even if your not going out. And if he puts his arm around you, you dont have to Let it stay there if you feeL unconfortabLe. but if you really wanna be with him you can cuddLe with him or hoLd his hand then he'LL wanna make the next move. Your in controL of everything that happens so dont feeL its necessary to do something.

It couLd be UTI(Urinary Tract Infection) Try to drink a Lot of water .. and if that doesn't work you need to go to a doctor. If you're scared that a maLe doctor wouLd moLest you, see if you can get a femaLe doctor and if not? just see if your mom couLd stay in the room with you or something. But you probabLy need to see a doctor.

I bite my nails, it's a nervous habit (a bad one too). I think it's because my parents put a lot of pressure on me and my sisters (one of them also bites her nails). I like chewing on things, and nails are just convenient. I don't like gum, though- so I don't want to chew on that. I don't want to chew on food because I don't want to stuff myself because of a nervous habit. I hate carrots. How can I stop biting my nails? Sometimes I don't even realize what I'm doing and then my nail is gone!

I need help. Fast! I'm going to my cousins tomorrow until friday and I was just talking to her and she told me about when she was swimming in the lake these 2 guys came up to her and she knew them but..they kept touching her and one of them hit her and left bruises and..then one of them went behind her n took her hands and held them behind her back and the other one took down her bottoms...then she kicked them but she cries all the time! She's scared to tell anyone..and she told me to promise not to tell...and I'm scared and I don't know what to do!

Okay, thats moLesting. you or her needs to teLL someone. If she knows exactLy who these boys are(names;etc) she can make them pay for what they did to her. SexuaL Harrassment is a huge thing and she could reaLLy get them in troubLe. And if she has the bruise as evidence she needs to teLL someone whiLe there is evidence bcuz once the bruise fades, they can deny it and stuff and thats not good.

Everytime I am on center stage, for playing an instrument, singing, acting, auditions, giving a speech in front of my class, whatever.... I get soooo nervous. My feet shake, my hands shake so hard it's hard to hold papers or instruments steady and they get really cold. Sometimes I get this nervous twitch above my lip. I don't know any way to get rid of it! And I can't just avoid the stage, because even though I get nervous, I really want to perform. Ugh.

I used to have the same probLem. Sometimes i stiLL do. But whenever im performing or speaking i just keep in mind that whatever i do, they're not gonna BOO me off stage. Just take a deep breath, get your mind off who's watching you, and focus on what you're doing. And just give it your best shot!
