A man's semen can stay in a woman's system for about a week or a little more I think. You are ovulating at 14 days before your period so you can get pregnant during that time. Since you have your period now, it is very unlikely that you will get pregnant. to be sure take a pregnancy test, and you will get an accurate result 2 weeks after your next period is supposed to happen.

Well, men do like a woman on top because they get a good view of you. Seeing you in that view turns him on more. Also, it is a plus for the woman because she can control the depth and control what happens more to make sure she is more pleasured. Men also like being on top though, because they have more control, but that means more work and some guys are lazy. Basically it depends on the couple, and how the individual feels.

I have this extra fat that I just want to get rid of because it's uncomfortable and displeasing. What can I do to make it flatter and a techinique that actually works? I'm a 15/F and just want to flatten that area a bit. (link)

As I understand, you cannot target a specific area of your body. Your best bet would be to start eating right and doing cardiovascular exercises to burn fat around your whole body. Then (or during) you can start toning your body to make it firmer. Parts of your body will not appear firm or muscular unless you burn the fat off that area first. For example, crunches for abs, lunges and squats and leg lifts for thighs, side bends and planks for love handles...etc. No matter how many sit ups or crunches you do, your belly will never appear firmer unless first you get rid of the layer of fat in that area. All I know is that in ectasy, the main ingredient is MDMA. In it's purest form, it is pure MDMA. I don't know about all the different "kinds" with the fancy names..but I do know that they are probably not pure and have other additives. Any type of ectasy is bad for your brain, but it is much much worse if it is not pure MDMA. If you are thinking of doing it, I would advise not to, but of course you are free to do what you want, so I suggest you know the person well who you are getting it from and make sure they know exactly what is in it. Chances of accidental death is higher with ectasy in it's non pure forms.

you know those drink machines at like gas stations and stuff that make cappucino or mocha kinds of things? how many calories are in like 8 ounces of stuff like that or something like that? does anyone know? cuz i'm on a diet but i have those like almost every day. thanks@ (link)

In my opinion, if you are on a diet you should definately not drink that stuff. I do not know the exact calorie count, but they are full of empty calories and loads and loads of sugar. this is a huge hinder to your dieting. if you stopped drinking them i am positive you would lose weight. if you cannot go without, try to replace them with coffee, or tea like chai tea sweetened with honey. even low cal hot chocolate. If I had to venture a guess, I'd say there is at least 200 calories in eight ounces.

16/f im 130 lbs. & 5'7-8". now i know im not fat, & im not saying i am. but within the past month or so, my upper thighs have begun touching when i stand straight up. (they didnt use to) and i was looking at my ass & upper thighs in the mirror one day, n my thighs are all cellulite-y. how gross, with swimsuit season coming up. anyways, i was wondering if their were any exercises that WORK for upper thighs & your butt. i already eat right, so thats taken care of. but id really like to know if their are some exercises (besides running) for that. and also, are there any ways to make cellulite go away? or dissappear? id appreciate not getting a speech on how im still growing, & i shouldnt be trying to lose weight..etc. im doing this to make myself happy, not to be stick-thin :p any answers are appriciated! thanks (link)

You are already doing great things for your body by eating healthy. to reduce the appearence of cellulite, muscle toning is the way to go. try squats, lunges, and plies (stand with feet turned out about two feet apart and bend your knees, lift back up) Also, leg lifts and cardio like running and jump-roping would do wonders. The more muscle mass you have, the less appearence of cellulite. Also, if you have a tan-either lotion based or real sun, that would help too. Good luck!

I am 2 months away from finally marrying the love of my life. He's also 25, we both have college degrees, great careers, money to spend, and plenty of love. The only problem is that we each have a dog. Both of our dogs are very friendly with other people and other dogs, except for each other. When we first introduced them two years ago when we started dating, they viciously attacked each other on site. We thought it would go away, but nothing has changed. I don't want to force either of us to give up our dogs, but I don't want to not marry over something as seemingly trivial as this. Any advice?

Well, i don't know if I can help you much but I will try. Have you tried many times to get the dogs to be around eachother? taking then to the park or hiking or anything like that that they could enjoy together? Are they spayed/neutered? (In a lot of cases that helps). My boyfriend and I each have a dog as well. His dog is two years older than mine and hated my dog for his whole puppy-hood. After living together and doing fun outdoor things together for over a year, they finally are good friends. there was an incident, however, where his dog attacked my dog really bad to the point of missing chunk of ear and scars. I attribute that to the fact they were both on leashes walking too close to eachother while being bothered by another dog. It helps to give the dogs space from eachother, especially when feeding , walking, and driving in the car. I hope things work out for your dogs...good luck and congratulations on marriage!

I am a sixteen year old female, I am 5'4 (64 inches) and I weigh 109lbs. I am not fat but I would like to be on the more toned, healthy side since I eat really bad. I eat lots of greasy and sweet foods. It is really hard for me to commit to a good diet unless it is planned out at exactly the hour and day, every day of the week. I never have breakfast and when I do which is rare, I eat something like a snickers. I need a diet plan for every day of the week exactly planned out for me.
eg:
Monday
6AM - Glass of water, apple, toast?
8AM - Glass of water, (fruit, other food)?
TUESDAY
(ect.)
Also I need a plan on an exercise I can do that will not bore me and hurt a lot.
I do not like sit ups but I am willing to do about 50-100 every night. If anyone could come up with a really detailed plan on when I should eat what, drink what and when to exercise I would really appriciate it.
Also, I would appriciate a good healthy suggestion on cereal that I can eat in the morning so I can shed a few pounds.

Some suggestions to your question would be for exercise..try doing a fun work-out video in the morning, it will keep you going and you will be motivated by watching people exercise on tape. Also, I personally like to go on long walks and look at people's houses and yards. Hiking would be the most fun and non-boring exercise. It will tone your legs butt and abs while you get outside and enjoy nature. Drink only water and tea-soda and fruit juice is very fattening. I like Kashi cereal for breakfast or oatmeal--lots of fiber and good carbs. Good healthy foods are whole wheat pasta and bread, fish, fresh veggies, fruit, beans, tofu, nuts, and if you are a meat eater, chicken and fish. You should eat breakfast when you are hungry in the morning, for example, tea, a piece of fruit and oatmeal, have nuts like almonds or pumpkin seeds as snacks, then a nice filling lunch..I eat beans and rice for lunch often. Maybe yoghurt for a snack, and a balanced dinner with lots and lots of vegetables. When you feel hungry throughout the day eat fruit or nuts or raw veggies. I know this isnt a day by day plan, but just some suggestions. You can find those exactly planned meals in magazines like Women's Health, Shape, Fitness, or Self. You can also find them online or in dieting books. Just thought I'd share some basic advice. Hope it helps.

I got a male ferret from petco about a year ago, and he's recently been biting me and drawing blood. Ex: yesterday i went to put him back in his cage and he bit my finger and it bled, then today he was chewing on my new shoes and i picked him up and he bit me hardcore. I have a really bad anger problem, and the only thing that stopped me from cutting his head off or throwing him out in the cold is that i care about animals alot, but not him. I think it's because my mom used to let him out like 3 times a day, and i let him out once. I have hit him a couple times, if he ever nips at me, so i think that might of made him meaner, i don't know what to do with him. But if he stays in my house, he deffently wont be taken care of anymore. (link)

I live in an apartment on the bottom floor, and it is realllly hot in here. It can get very bad especially when the dryers on.
Well the other day, we moved my bed to the other side of the room, and found this warm wet spot in the carpet. And now occasionally i'll be walking into my room and i'll feel it there again! It's really gross, and it's making my room smell.

You could rip up the carpet by the corner and place a fan for a day or two underneath to dry it out. then think back about where the water could have come from...determine if you have a ventilation problem. This problem should be taken care of because you have potential for a bad mold problem

After giving up cheese and milk I lost 10 pounds in almost three weeks. I have been steadily losing since then, I eat fresh vegetables, nuts, beans, fruit..some whole wheat breads. I also exercise sporadicaly jogging, walking, sometimes a video..also jumproping is great it burns 10 calories a minute.

ok so i really want to lose 16 pounds by november 11th. i set a goal for myself, but it seems like i can only stick to it for two weeks, then i start eating bad again.

I was having the same problem. All I did was stop eating cheese and milk and I really did lose 10 pounds in three weeks. Try to eat all fresh veggies and nuts and fruits and beans.
