ok so i really want to lose 16 pounds by november 11th. i set a goal for myself, but it seems like i can only stick to it for two weeks, then i start eating bad again.
what are some stuff i can do to make me lose the pounds that i dotn want anymore? and what kinds of food should i eat, and not eat?
please help!!!

and fruits.
try to stay away from carbs, but don't eliminate them.
protein bars (south beach diet, curves, etc) are good for breakfast.
try to stay away from sugar/sweets.
and you can't just loose weight from your eating habits! you have to exercise too! cardio at least three times a week for thirty minutes. =]
jump rope, run/jog, jumping jacks.
