It's not the shampoos that help your hair, it what you put into your body. Eat lots of protein, B vitamins, iron and vegetables to keep your hair healthy. Make sure you take really good care of your hair. Causing stress on the hair by heat from blowdrying and curling or too much brushing will make your hair weak, breakable, and prone to split ends. Get your hair trimmed to get rid of the split ends.

iron supplements would be your best bet. also if you take pre-natel vitamins your hair should get healthier.
