When I'm at the beach, or when I'm out in the sun for long periods of time, I never wear sunblock (if anything, I use like, a tanning lotion or something)...and I tan easily (I have mostly Dominican in me, and we're able to tan easily), I rarely burn. But lately the whole "skin cancer" thing is freaking me out. I like being tan, and the fact that I tan easily. If I wore sunblock, can I still get a tan? I heard that you can, it just blocks the bad sun rays...is this true? Or does sunblock completely block the sun??

wow..me too i love tanning and i tan very easy..well..i tan w/o sunblock but i juss put baby oil on and i still get tan..

ok, i think this is going to sound really dumb, but i may as well ask it anyway. im 14/f.
well, im going out with this guy, we've been going out for nearly a month now, and he's my first proper boyfriend, and i know im the most serious he's had.
anyway, we're going to watch a movie in a couple of days, and some of my mates and some of his are coming too. the thing is, when we've been out before, we've been out in town, in the park, ive been to his house and things like that, so its not really the most romantic of settings, and i havent kissed him properly yet. i mean, we're fairly comfortable with each other and stuff, thre just hasnt been the right time to kiss him. and ive never kissed a guy before. so, any tips on how to handle the back row of the cinema? any advice would be appreciated. thanks

Okay, this may sound really stupid, but I'm serious about asking this question. I'm a girl, I'm thirteen, weigh 105 pounds and I'm 5 foot seven. I'm so tall, and I HATE it! I wish I could stop growing! No offense to tall females, but I think that tall isn't really that flattering for me. My mom is always complimenting me on how tall I am, and I hate it so much! I don't want to be tall! She won't even let me drink coffee to stunt my growth! My doctor said that I might even grow to six feet! I don't want to be that tall! I hate my height already! I'd be happy to be 5 foot four! ARGHH please, is there anything I could do to 'appear shorter' or to stop growing??

I have a problem with my clothes. I don't mind the way I dress or anything...I just feel I need to change something..add more style to me. I usually wear jeans, skateboarding shoes, hoodies and fitted tees/layeredtees, what can I ADD to this to make my clothes more......exciting? I am 14/f and don't tell me i`ve made the biggest mistake of my life...i know i've made a mistake and i`m gonna follow my responsibilities. My boyfriend, who I have been with for 11 months, has been in jail for 6... he just got out and we really like each other you know? Well, while he was in jail-i had a little side thing...with a 16 year old black male...lets call him mike..me and mike really liked each other and did it a lot..but when we did it on the first day of my period-something happened. Last night, my stomach was hurting sooo bad while talking to my boyfriend. So bad that my mom took me to the emergency room. She decided to give me a pregnancy test..and it`s positive. I`m nervous and all and 6 weeks pregnate in the 9th grade... I have the money and skills to support it..but MIKE doesn`t want anything to do with it. My dad wants it aborted but I want it...my mom does too. What would you do in my situation? And how do i explain to my boyfriend who is trying to get his life back on track?
