I just broke up with my boyfriend last week, and I just cant live life without him. This morning I saw him kissing my bffl, should talk to him about getting back 2gether?

Its time for a story: I dated a boy for seven months, he was my first love and we spent every single day together. We broke up when I found out some of his dirty secrets.

For a week ... I hated him, I did nothing but talk nasty about him to anyone that would listen.
The next week, I wanted him back more then anything. I cried all night, screamed, yelled, and bawled just wishing I could take back what I did.
For weeks this nasty cycle went on. I resulted to drinking, smoking, and pointless hook ups to get him off my mind; it didn't work.
My ex and I hooked up a few times, sometimes he'd want me back when I didn't want him .. then vice versa. This has been going on for six months now.


Then one day I woke up, I started focusing on my volleyball and academic careers. I reacquainted with old friends and made new ones. I started writing again and spent time with my family. I even started flirting with new boys. I wrote myself a list of things I had accomplished since I dumped him and reasons why I would never date him again. Its helped alot, I'm over him now and I've moved on with my life. Its taken over half a year and it was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. Thats perfectly okay. Find a close friend to talk to or talk to me if you ever need it.


You will get through this and its okay to miss him. Oh, and about your 'bffl' kissing him? I'd talk to her about that, its not very best friend like if you catch my drift.

my volleyball team's name is "Calientes". (Caliente means "hot" in spanish, as in weather.. or I guess the other way as well.) we're a 14s team. after a team gets a point, usually they like jump in a circle together and say something like.. "unos dos trace!" or some other thing like that. like we had a volleyball tournament yesterday (club volleyball) and all the teams had their little catch phrases.. originally we wanted our team to be named the Sizzlers, but that didnt happen. cause then we could be like "work that sizzle!" and then put a finger on our butt and say "sss". so what little cute thing can we say and do that relates to our name? also righte before the game we're usually say "one, two, three TEAM!" but thats so overused. what are cute, funny things we could say for that too? thanks a lot :)

AH, I love making up team cheers. Thats my job for my club volleyball team :) Your team name is so fun too!

Okay, you could try
"AY AY AY CALIENTE!" Like Ay, pronounced as the letter I or the word eye. The idea comes High School Musical during the Bop to the Top part if you don't understand it.

"Thats hot!" Paris Hilton style. You could fan yourselves or still do the sizzle thing on your butts because its basically saying you're hot either way.

"Estamos caliente!" I believe thats the right conjugation of estar, but then again I could be wrong. Thats if you want to go for the Spanish-theme.

"Raise the heat!" Simple, perfect for the coming together between every play. Works with the team name obviously.


"Caliente (two claps) heat it up!"

Ah man, I just dealt with this problem and actually .. I still am. The advicer before me basically said it all, just ask.

"Hey, are we just hooking up?" Simple as that.
I wouldn't say "Are we dating again" or "Does this mean you want another relationship in the future?" because from talking to guys it sounds like that sort of thing scares them off. It'll be easier if theres no mentioning of dating again to get his full honesty. He might lie to get what he wants.

You could try a few different ways, but I'm not sure how you'll like them.

A) Fake a temporary STD. "Uh, I have Flamingvaginaitis. Yeah, its contagious and I'm going to have it until I get to know you better so we might as well take it slow."

B) If he comes over and tried to have sex be like "Um, no thanks." Just plain and simple. If he keeps trying be like, "Dude, get off my bed or get out of my house."

C. You could the the polite way. "I really just want to get to know you right now, as cliche as that sounds. So can we please just stick to kissing until I'm comfortable with this?"

D. The sarcastic way. You two start making out and he hints at sex, you say: "Shouldn't I like meet your mom first?" orrrrrr, "Shouldn't I atleast know your middle name before we do the nasty?"

E. Be assertive and up front. "Hey, you wanna come over? We can hang out, watch a movie, and not have sex. Cool? See you soon."

I know this is kind of a late answer, but I just thought I'd put my input in. I've had seven LG Chocolates in the last 6 months. The screen has broken on every last one of them. You know those Northern Light things you can see if you go to Alaska? My screen will just blank out then put on a slide show of colors similar to the Northern Lights. When it gets to that point, its impossible to fix the phone. The Verizon store just said its a fault that the old chocolates' have and theres nothing to do about it.

How can you end a [french] kiss?
I've made out many many times before, but either he's always been the one to end the kiss or like we had a reason for it to end (like cell phone rang... etc.) Normally, when I kiss its like for an hour, and so I don't like to pull away, but the guys that I kiss with do...

I wouldn't assume its bad sign because kissing for an hour is tough work. I know my ex boyfriend used to get offended all the time because I would pull away when I realized we'd been making out for nearly two hours. Maybe the guy is intimated that you're still kissing him after an hour.

So when you feel like quitting, just loosen your grip on kiss and slowly pull back. He'll get the hint, trust me. Give him a cute smile, kiss his cheek, or wink and giggle. This will let him know that you had fun and you're not pulling back because he sucks at kissing.

my hair is damaged from straightening it. the thing is i don't know what slse i can do. naturally my hair isn't wavy or straight. it's just poofy, like it goes straight then poofs out. so i cannot leave it like that. i scrunch it sometimes, but i can't do that everyday. i've tried blowdrying it straight but it doesn't work too well and makes my hair frizzy. so, any hair ideas that don't involve straightening? i'm willing to try anything! i have hair just a tiny bit below my shoulders and i clip my bangs back always because i got them straight across and they don't look good, i could possibly do bangs though. thanks for any advice!! :D

To repair your hair, try this.
Get it trimed, this will give the appearence that it looks better then it is. When hair gets too damaged, the ends look dead and refuse to straighten or coporate.

Use a mosturizing shampoo. Aussie has some, Sunsilk has a great one (its pink), Garnier has some but I don't care for theirs much. Use a hydrating shampoo also. If you continue to straighten your hair often, use a 3-minute deep conditioning treatment or a masque. My favorite is the Aussie 3 Minute Deep Down Conditioning Treatment, it makes my hair so soft and smells awesome!

You can continue to straighten your hair ONLY if you use a heat protectant and deep condition frequently. I personally like either John Frieda Thermal Protection (orange bottle) or Vo5 Mirical Mist heat protection. Both work great, I know CHI has a protectant too.

As for other styles, try messy buns. When I go to school I really don't care how my hair looks, but thats just me. So if I don't want to damage my hair I just throw it up in a cute, messy bun leaving my hair texture to be natural. Sometimes I like to do a semi-low pony tail leaving my bangs out and tying it very loosely. I usually secure it a little less then halfway down the back of my head. Its classy but simple.

Does it really hurt to get a graft for your gums...?? Do they put you under anesthesia at least or novacaine?

I had this surgery done exactly one year ago. The surgery itself didn't hurt, I had heavy doses of laughing gas, I was barely even there when they did the surgery. I will tell you though, I tasted all of the blood. That was by far the worst part when they cut the gums. Its deffinitley not fun.

Afterwards, I passed out from the mix of blood and laughing gas. I was in pain for about four days (they gave me prescription pain killers, but I found otc ibuprofen worked so much better) The stitches were deffinitley an inconvience as well, I was so thankful when those came out

Make sure when you have the surgery done that you don't play any sports or do any rough-housing. A friend of mine had this surgery done as well, he simply hopped over a small rock on the street when his stitches popped out when he landed. This was a disaster.

I hope I didn't freak you out. Just be expecting alot of uncomfortable-ness. The surgery itself didn't hurt, it was the recovery that was the worst. Best of luck.

You have one options. Well, two actually, but you'll probably go to Hell for the second one ;)
Be honest. Tell your friend what you did, don't embellish, don't blame the boyfriend. Be straight up, it will just make things easier. Admit to her you were wrong, apologize if you are truly sorry. Expect her to yell, to cry, or to refuse to forgive you, thats normal. I'm proud of you for recognizing your mistake. But now its time to clean things up. With time, maybe things will move on. Maybe she'll realize that her boyfriend obviously wasn't right for her if he's willing to cheat. In the meantime, take your part of the blame, and deal with it the best you can.

hi im 15 years old and i got an MIC or in other words minor in consumption. I live in Overland Park Kansas and was obviously illegaly drinking. I was at a movie theatre and was caught because i was stumbling and wreaked of vodka. I weigh 93 pounds and had 3 shots of Smirrnoff. I blew a 1.0 and was maybe also charged with obstruction of justice because I would not say who got me the achohol or who I was with. How much trouble do you think I will be in? Is there a possiblity i will not be put on diversion because it was my first offense? I rate high, so please HELP!

My friend got caught drinking at the age of 14 on school property with a BLA level of 2.4, it was very serious and she had to be hospitalized. However, she miraculously only got put on an abance (Its the same thing as probation but its only 90 days long and is dropped from her record) She had to attend SUPER classes (alcohol education) and attend therapy. I don't think you'll be in TOO much trouble, I'm not sure what a diversion is. I just thought I'd let you know what happened in a real-life expierence. Good Luck

Like the Advicer before me said, its really hard to judge. I know some guys get off in a minute or two, especially if its a first time thing. Others can take ten or more minutes which can be exhausting and leave to hand cramps and sore muscles in the giver's arms. Usually signs of bad kissers are:
-Excess/disgusting amounts of slobber
-Blood and or bites.
-Alot of awkward noises
-Akward hand placements
-Missing of the lips

Everyone believes there is a Right and a Wrong way to kiss, there really isn't. My past boyfriend constantly told me I was a bad kisser because our kisses were too wet, until I started kissing alot of other guys who told me I was an excellent kisser. So basically, some guys can be buttheads about kissing anyways.

Other then that, keep your lips light. Don't push too hard and gently kiss him. Keep your eyes closed to avoid any awkward moments. If he's taller then you, his top lip will be a little above your top lip and your bottom lip will be a little below his bottom lip, if that helps. You can put your arms around his neck, waist, on his arms, holding his hands, or touching his jawline. Personally, I love the touching his face thing .. its makes things more sensual. If you go into making out or using tongue, do it with good taste. Slowly lick his lips to let him get the hint. Insert your tongue the tiniest amount, and pull it back out. Sometimes its cute to giggle here. Most likely he'll push his tongue in a this point, you can either lick his tongue, his lips, or his teeth. Mixing it up a bit usually works better and keeps him interested.
