Drinking Underage
hi im 15 years old and i got an MIC or in other words minor in consumption. I live in Overland Park Kansas and was obviously illegaly drinking. I was at a movie theatre and was caught because i was stumbling and wreaked of vodka. I weigh 93 pounds and had 3 shots of Smirrnoff. I blew a 1.0 and was maybe also charged with obstruction of justice because I would not say who got me the achohol or who I was with. How much trouble do you think I will be in? Is there a possiblity i will not be put on diversion because it was my first offense? I rate high, so please HELP!

OMG i would first like to say hi!!!! i dont know if i know you (probably not) but i used to live in Overland Park Kansas and i stil loooove it there! who knows we might have gone to school together haha :) and if u want message me and we can talk but anyways you will probaly get in put on your record have to attend a program or sumthing be grounded and im not sure about the law tho. it depends on every case. you wouldnt talk so that might be kinda bad too. My friend got caught drinking at the age of 14 on school property with a BLA level of 2.4, it was very serious and she had to be hospitalized. However, she miraculously only got put on an abance (Its the same thing as probation but its only 90 days long and is dropped from her record) She had to attend SUPER classes (alcohol education) and attend therapy. I don't think you'll be in TOO much trouble, I'm not sure what a diversion is. I just thought I'd let you know what happened in a real-life expierence. Good Luck<3
