Q: Are there any excercise that will make you lose weight off of your thighs? and is there an excercise that will make your butt bigger. Im male and the other day in English class we had to do a scene from the Shakespeare play A Midsummers Night Dream, And one if the guys in my class wore underamour pants (really tight nylon pants) and he had a nice butt. Im not gay or anything but i would kill to have his body. Do you know what i mean? Thanks

squats will make your thighs a little tighter, but you have to gain weight to make your but bigger, but that would just add on to the thighs. so i guess there isnt. just look up exercises online or something for your butt to make the muscles bigger to give it a bigger look.

Q: Okay I know that Anorexia is a mental disease. So what do doctors look for that makes them say that yo u have the disease. Like what are some of the things that they check for? Thanks

they look for a major decrease in weight in a short period of time, they can't really tell any other way unless like you obsess over food or something.

Q: ok in school we have to run the mile and i have to in about 2 weeks ( a little less ) i cant even run a lap anymore. how can i get to running the mile no sweat so fast. please help

practice running a little everyday for 30 minutes. you will get faster with practice and also do squats and calf raises where you stand on your toes and go down and up really slowly.

Q: Okay i am bulimic and when i throw up sometimes it comes out my nose and hurts how can i make that stop or is it normal?

Um no one is going to tell you how to be a better bulimic. If you have bulimia, then you need to seek professional help. no ifs ands or buts. So, talk to a trusted adult, and definitely get help.

Q: my boyfriends three years older than me. hes eighteen and im fifteen. hes way more expirienced then i am. he always asks me when im on my period cause he wants to suck me down there it makes me uncomfortable. but he tells me its what every girl does when shes on her period. so i did it once and it was verrrrryyyy uncomvortable and grose but he seemed to like it. he keeps asking me now how do i telll him no without him wanting to break up with me? thanks.

well with that age difference you should feel uncomfortable. That means you're not ready for it. Your body is, but your mind needs more time. Tell him to wait and if he loves you, he will wait too. If a guy breaks up with you because you wont let him "perform" on you then he isnt worth your time.

I dont see him alot, only about once every two months...

We usually chill at his house cuz their like family parties (My parents and his parents are tight friends!)

Well, if you dont want to go out with him, then leaving a hot impression will send him the wrong message. Maybe just like give him a long hug and a kiss with like tonnsss of confidence and then just leave. then he will be impressed with your confidence and left wanting more. but this is a tough question. just do what feels right you know him better than i do; so i think just go with the flow.

Q: Okay so i am having trouble right now...(obviously)lol okay so the thing is. Well all my friends are saying so many mean things about me and its not evento my face. I hear about it from pther people. One of my bff said that i wasnt really that pretty and i wore makeup to cover everything. Girl, they are nawt your friends. Those are people who are too insecure and take it out on you. They are bored with their own pathetic lives, I knwo its hard but you have to try and ignore them, hang out with new people or just talk to them and ask whats wrong.

Q: I don't know what you call it but it's like your normal hairbrush and it's used to straighten your hair (battery operated or something else, dunno)...

Has anyone used that before? Does it work? How long will it take for wavy hair to be stick straight? Will it damage the hair? If so, any tips so it won't?...

Ohmygosh i have that and it is sooooooo bad. Like legit it makes your hair all frizzy and if you want stick straight hair, that isnt the tool. Just buy a flat iron. they're really cheap at like target and wal-mart. The brush thingies take FOREVER. do not buy it and waste your money.

Q: oka there this boy that i liked for months and i havent seen him for like 3 weeks it seems like.Anywayz i just found out that he had move and i was so schocked and everything. NOw i dont know what to do i know i should get over him just like all my friends say but i just cant i mena i want to but then agian i dont.I just dont know what to do.

Q: Okay i was watching High school Musical on the disney channel the other nite, and between the commericials they did some dance along thing where the cast members teach u to dance. Anyway Ashley Tisdale was on there and she looked sper skinny and i just thought that i didnt remember what she looked like. So the movie came b ack on and she is "thicker" in the movie. By no means am i saying that she was fat. Just when the dance along came back on i could tell that she was suppa skinny, Like her legs were as big as my lower arms skinny. Just wanted to kno if u guys thought that too.

Q: if your leg is sprained, can u buy like a cast thingy, at the store? or somewhere?

Well you can buy like a brace at most stores like Target, or Wal-Mart or even CVS! But if you need a cast, those have to be put on by a doctor. no exceptions.

Q: First let me start off by saying i have been with my boyfriend since October 23rd 2005. I'm 15 yrs old , and he just turned 18. My parents let him move in the 3rd month we were together, so we have been living with each other for awhile. I cheated on him a couple of times when we first got together and everytime we get in arguments he brings it up. I'm really in love with him , when im not around him for one second i have this feeling of lonelyness. We fight all the time , he always says i start them but sometimes i dont. Ive been trying really hard not to start an argument but it doesnt seem like hes putting in any effort. He always calls me names even if we just get into a disagreement. And theres been a couple times hes hurt me physically. He's choked me a couple of times and pushed me down. I know deep down hes not really a bad guy but im scared hes going to really hurt me. He always leaves me when he gets mad and im the one that always has to call him to come back. Hes hurt me mentally to where sometimes i think im not all there. Im young and my mom and dad are really concerned , i shouldnt be going through this. I was wondering if anyone could give some advice on mabe to make this relationship better , because i really dont want to have to leave him. Theres alot more to my story but im not going to write anymore.

umm this guy is a jerk. and i know you're going to hate me for saying that but it's true. guys do NOT have to hit you if they're angry. you need to leave him. my mom's friend was in an abusive relationship and the guy sent her to the hospital and she was STILL in love with him. Thats not love its like slavery. So yeah you should leave him and you are welcome to give me a bad rating, but you asked for advice not a piece of sugarcoated candy. im telling it like it is, end of story.

Q: i have a problem
you see, i have this one friend who told me a secret. this was not a bad thing, but they didn't want me to tell. it slipped by accident to a REALLY CLOSE FRIEND...who's never told anything and i trust. i made them swear never to tell. my friend who told me the secret found out that i told this person, and is extremely mad at me. i sound like a bad person but im not. what do i do? i feel really bad

Well telling was wrong but it think you already know that so im going to stop sounding like a mother =]

I think the only thing you can do is keep apologizing, or what i would do is tell her a minor secret that i had and make it sound like it was a huge deal to me. She might tell, but if it's minor it won't matter. Tell her you messed up and it won't happen again. Just give it time and let the situation cool off for a little bit.

It's about how everything in nature and the universe is linked to something else as if its working in harmony. Like one couldn't exist without the other. The "sunlight clasps the Earth" is just showing linkage between the different elements of the earth.

Q: what is a "hot" thing I could wear that would get guy's attention, without being too over the top?

Well, im not a guy but i know for a fact that guys like girls who aren't dolled up. They like girls who dress casually. So like Tight jeans and a cute shirt would be good. but super short skirts will attract the wrong type of guys, and you msy come off as a skank. Anything from like Hollister or Abercrombie is good. =]

Q: 13/f. I have very light skin and very light hair, and it's almost impossible for me to tan. I really want to get a nice tan in the summer, so is there any really good spray-on or lotion tan that won't look orange? thanks =]

Well i love Jergens gradual tan because it adjusts to your skin tone. But it does take a while. You can buy it an most drugstores. also, i LOVE SunShield Self-adjusting tanner. It gives a nice tan and it has a very thin sunscreen. But just make sure you wash your hands after or else the insides of your fingers with turn orangey.

I`m only 13 and my parents treat me like I`m 18 and they won't buy me ANYTHING! They make me pay for my clothes, my food when I go out to eat, staying at hotels for a family vacation, and basically everything. They won't even buy me a pack of gum! I'm only 13 and I can't really have a well-paying job and I already walk dogs but that can't pay for everything.. I can't even shop anymore because I don't have enough money for more then 2 shirts and as soon as I buy 2 shirts I have to save up for another 3 months until I have any money again.

It really annoys me because my friends always brag about how their mom took them to the mall and bought them 9 bags of clothes and they didn't have to pay. My parents haven't bought me any clothes since I was 11. My mom never takes me to the mall because she says "I don't like to drive and it's too far away." Yeah, the mall is literally 10 minutes away. I still have all winter clothes to survive in this summer because I have NO money to buy anything and my birthday has already passed.

Don't you think it's harsh to make a 13 year old pay for EVERYTHING including like gum and stuff?! The most I can do is walk dogs and it's not like they are punishing me for being a bad kid because I get straight A's and I'm never in trouble so it's not a punishment.. I think they are so harsh because clothes are a necessity and all of my friends sit on their butts and get everything handed to them and I`m trying to pay for everything and it's not going to work out.. I've already tried telling them that it's impossible to pay for my own wardrobe and food and stuff when my only way of getting money is walking dogs because my parents don't pay me for helping out around the house and stuff.. so how can I get them to lighten up and at least pay for SOME of my clothes and other stuff? because it would be helpful if they pitched in a little bit.

P.S if you think I should start babysitting to make money how do I bring this up with my parents?? and I ONLY want to babysit for my neighbors so should I tell them straight out I want to babysit or should my mom tell them?

well im kind of going through the same thig as you, but less harsh. I have to buy most of my clothes and stuff. i definitely think you should first try talking to them again, and then i would cry to them by saying "im too young to support myself in my life. im not eighteen i need your help to live right now!" and then i would threaten to call social services. but you probably wont do that so just talk to them is really all you can do. and you have to pay for your hotel room???!!! thats CRAZY. i would refuse to go on vacation and refuse to go out to dinner and deny them time with me until they pitched in.

To make a long story short. I write for newspaper, I wrote a review on the school musical, it was over 4 typed pages long so i cut it down a lot. But it still was too long to fit on the layout so our editor cut the story down some more. so the paper is printed and people start asking my why I didn't mention Mr. B the director. I told them I that I did but some one had cut it out.

He left one of our newspapers in the media room that said in big letters on it " [my name] Last time I checked I directed the musical, maybe I didn't.

Now we had written another article on HIM and about HE was directing for the first time. But this was not my fault and the review was really only supposed to be about the students anyway. What should I do. I am really upset...???

i think you should talk to him or write him an email or something. Tell him exactly what you wrote here about how someone else cut him out. make sure you say sorry even though u didnt do anything wrong it will get you extra points.

Q: is the blue light where you put the disk in, for the nintendo wii supposed to stay on for as long as the console is on? mine only lights up for less than a second, when i switch the wii on. thanks.
