I used to be a very shy person but as the years went on i became less shy. I still am a little shy. But anyways there is this girl in my study and she is like sooo coolest person you'll ever meet, we've become really good friends in the last month or so when ever im around her my confidence level and self-esteem go up. Whenever she'll call me or we'll talk on im i get like shy and dont know what to say. How can overcome being shy? What should i talk about wen im on the phone with her?? Sry it's long. Wash your hair and plait it leave it over night and run it through with your fingers and spray some hair spray or mouse

OK, ladies. i just turned 14 and i've been having my period since i was about 13 and a half. im kinda wondering about my breast size. I'm an A cup right now, like i've always been. i havn't felt any breast pain in a few months except ocasionally on my period. I'm really worried that IM NEVER GONNA GET ANY BIGGER!! i asked my mom and she said of course they will grow(shes a large c and was a smaller c before child birth naturally)but im afraid she is just saying that to make me feel better. anyway my question is, are my boobs still growing?

You and your body dont stop growing till 21 so you have plenty of time to grow more boobs.

Hi maybe go out a bit more. try build up your self esteem. dont think yes i look hot but just think you seem pretty.dont over do it where you look liek a tart but just do yourself up a bit. maybe do something different with your hair and maybe the shade of makeup you use

i'm about to have a bath and wash my hair, can you help? every time i wash my hair, i use pantene pro-vo, then i blow dry it, and it's really frizzy, even when i use all the frizz ease products on it. how can i stop the frizz? is there any particular way to wash my hair, or how to rinse it easily after putting in shampoo/conditioner? when i've got out of the bath, what should i do to my hair? i have stuff like gel spray, mousse, frizz ease, heat protection spray, hair straighteners, hair spray and stuff like that, but i'm not sure what to use and in what order, because i really need to stop the frizz tomorrow, i get really fluffy/flyaway hair and i'm getting teased because of it =(

Stop blow drying it unless your in a rush
use a roller brush and dry every strand straight

Hi well nails why not get some fake nails hair well it depends how long your hair is get it layered it will look great and buy a pair of straightens some new fancey hairs styles E.g curl it they easy way to curl hair when you have washed your hair plait it all and leave it over night and then run it through your fingers and use some hair spray and leave it.
Straightening: straighten it in sections so then its alot straighter.
If you have aurbun hair use greens and light blues eyeshadow
if you have brown hair and brown eyes:
Use dark browns and creams, golds for your eyes
blonde hair: light pinks and purples
Skin: when you got to bed use facial wipes to get rid of all the dirt and make up on your face
