my bangs are fine and the legnth is close but i need to get the layers all choppy
im not allowed to go to a hair place so i figured id cut it myself
anyone have any suggestions or ideas on how to do that?

Pretty much just cut some top layers. A little bit longer than the bangs, on the sides..
I think that would make a difference, especially if you try to get volume. Maybe just tease it.
If you cant go to a hair place, why not get a friend's mom to cut it?
Or a friend that cuts hair good because I don't think you could cut the back..
Its too hard to explain it though...
You need about 3-4 Layers in the hair.
Your length, the long layer.
The top layer.. [shortest layer]
and about one or two in between that.
I think its better to get someone else to do it. So you don't blame yourself, if it doesnt come out the right way. BLAME YOUR FRIEND :D Yes!

Okay, so my gym teacher. I can't begin to tell you how much I will loathe him. ALL my friends and random stragners feel SORRY for me because I have this one gym teacher.
I heard that he's a sexist, likes only the guys and girls who do sports and or are popular. I don't fit into any of those categories. So erm yeah, how or what shall I do to insure that I'll get an A and not a B? I try my best at everything but it does not show very well...
People are probably just saying that.
I'm sure a gym teacher likes active students. He probably talks to them because they are into sports and can carry a conversation about that. And with the populars, its because they are outgoing or something, really funny to talk to or blah.
If you talk to him and get on a certain level with him, then he will probably like you. You have to try really hard, it has to show though.
If you are getting a C or something, ask him what you could do to get a better grade. Extra credit? Some laps to run.

Well you can go whenever you want to. There's really no age. I guess just when a mother wants to take their daughter there for a check up for cervix cancer?

last night me and my friend tried to die the bottom half of our hair black, and the die just ended up making it dark brown. and it is not even that dark. we bought jet black hair dye. my hair is light brown normally, and hers was like a dirty blonde, and niehter of them came out black. does anyone recommend any good dyes or tips cause we are re-doing it tonight. and yes, we completley saturated our hair in dye, and we left it in long enough.

Especially "Raw" but I'm not sure if they stock up with black anymore.

i have a LITTLE fuzz between my eyebrows but you can still see it. The problem is my mom won't let me get rid of it. I don't understand why. She told me that she'll kill me if I do it. I asked her why she wouldn't let me do it but she didn't say anything. I want to get rid of it. Any ideas would be really helpful. Oh by the way i'm 14/f.
Well maybe she doesn't want you to mess up your eyebrows?
Because once you pluck or remove it, it seems to grow back quickly and darker.
But continue to ask her why you can't.
Ask her what's the worst thing that could happen.
You can always use tweezers but she might notice what you did.

Is there a hair rinse or something that will rinse all the hair dye out of my hair (semi permanemt)?
I dont want to re-dye my hair my natural color, I just want to rinse it allllllll out.
Are there any such products?
There is a product for this. But it does not work well. It's a hair striper.
It strips the color out but it may not work the way you want.
So you would have to dye over or if you really want your natural color back you would wait until the color fades.
You can also go to a hair stylist/dresser and ask for help. But they might tell you to wait though.

Think of it as this way..
You could be a lot happier.
If they say something mean, then ignore them. Walk away or say I dont care. Just because they dont like something, doesnt mean its bad.
Don't ever show it hurts you or anything because they will continue the behavior.
Just do what you want and look the way you want. People wont be talking BAD about you unless it's stupid gossip.

sorry this might be long. i dont really know if im lookin for advice or if i need a place to help me get my heat out so someone can listen..
well my friends party is tomorrow and shes totally copyin me because shes doin the same things as i did at my party and its right next door to where i had my party. for her party she needs to know the exact people that are going because thats how the place is and it was the same for my party. well anyways i guess i have to go and first she said its gonna be at 6pm but now she says come at like after 6:30pm so i was like should i come at like 7pm and she was like yea sure. then i asked her when its gonna end and she tells me i can leave whenever and that people are gonna stay after 1:00am. oh yeah and shes only turnin 15 and i had a big party because it was my SWEET SIXTEEN..someone told me that shes only havin a party because i had such cool party.
today me n my best friend went to the mall to go get her a present and we couldn't find anything nice. so we went into aeropostal and i saw this really hott lookin sweatshirt and i had to try it one and i ended buyin it. i brought the gray one and my best friend brought the brown one which was a little different from mine for our friend as her present. im just so freakin pissed because i saw it first and that other girl cant rock it like me. now we are gonna have similar clothes. i tried tell my best friend that i didnt really want her to buy it. come on i thought my best friend is suppose to understand how i feel about stuff and really listen and care. the girl thats havin the party is always freakin copyin me and i just cant take it and im not tryin to be a selfish or jealous bi-tch. now i really dont feel like going and i really dont want to talk to any of them...

Your friend probably thinks you have really good style and you are cool. So she looks up to you.
Next time, maybe you can help her plan something different for a party. If it really bothers you, I bet she will like that.
And when you go out shopping, maybe help her out by telling her what's good on her and try to get her to buy it. And you leave the store with nothing.
You can also try doing something you know she wouldn't do. Make yourself seem horrible so she wouldn't want to copy you.
You can also try the direct apporach.
Just go to the party and try to have fun. Dont try to let it bother you. Sometimes people want a reaction out of it.
You can always do what you want and ignore who copies you. If you know you did it first, then they must really like it to try it again.

I went to the dentist not long ago and they said I might want to get braces because one of my teeth were starting to overlap another, and I have a slight overbite. I don't really know if I should get them or not though. I don't want to be known as Metal Mouth all through highschool. But then again they will just get worse from here and I could have them off before my senior year, right..? But I have a boyfriend and you know we makeout and everything. Well we dont 24/7 we go to the movies and do other fun things. But can I kiss (not with my mouth closed) with braces?

just because you hit over the year mark, doesn't mean you should have sex.
if you dont feel ready then dont do it. if he asks you, then say no. you shouldn't give a guy your virginity unless you're sure he wouldn't leave you afterwards. It has to be a serious relationship because then it feels a bit more right. If you are scared then wait.
If he really loves you, he would wait.. even if it's more than a year.

you can always go out there and say you want to be with him again. maybe there's something holding him back? maybe you can get into that and understand why he hasn't asked you out.

Don't trust him. You have a boyfriend though. So if you aren't feeling anything with him then break up. Especially if you like someone else, it wouldn't be fair to him.
He's one of those guys, that flirt with everyone and he doesn't sound serious at all. If he were in a relationship, I don't think he could handle it. He might possibly want attention or give it to some other girl.

Just tell him that you really care about him time to time. And go further into detail why you do and what you like about him.
Work your way up.
And maybe it will be okay to say you love him.

It depends on the bird.
Some female birds are larger than the males. Vice versa.
There's also certain colored feathers, color of the beak and other things.
It's best to find out what type of bird it is and look it up on google. There's always information about which genders look like what and stuff.
