at what age do you have to get that checkup the gyno one? and im young and i am not a virgin. And i dont want the doctor to know that. But just what age?
NinjaNeer answered Monday September 11 2006, 2:50 pm: You're actually supposed to go to the gynecologist starting when you become sexually active, or at eighteen. It's far more important to be safe than it is to save face in front of your doctor, so make an appointment as soon as you can! [ NinjaNeer's advice column | Ask NinjaNeer A Question ]

LouellaWalters26 answered Monday September 11 2006, 12:39 am: Usually, it is said that you should start getting your "yearly's" done when you start having your period. Now, the Dr. will be able to tell if you have been sexually active, but, don't worry, because they do stick to the patient/confidentiality rule & shouldn't tell your parents anything.
