I deal with the same thing. It's not something I'm exactly professional at, but it happens to me. I have a boyfriend whom I've had sex with. I realize that even the smallest things turn me on so I'm use to the "wet panties". I usually feel this overwhelming feeling when I'm turned on, but that's just me. It is possible that even just by touching yourself in a certain way, turns you on. It's nothing to worry too much about. Just that you are easily turned on.
