spine injury?

my spine hurts. It feels really agile & easily feels hurt.it feels sort of out of place and like it has a kink, & needs to like be cracked. Maybe someone can help...

If you had an injury please see a physician or a chiropractor. If the pain limits your daily activities it would be best not to wait.

i definetely wouldnt try cracking it. that would mean risking making it ten times worse. idd wait it out a day more or two, and if it ets worse, than definetely go see a doctor. back injuries are definetely not somethin to play around with/

Go to the doctor they will tell you whats wrong. Maybe you bruised it or hurt it in some way.

You could have pulled a muscle.
Yeah it could be menstrual problems.

If it doesn't go away in a day, then go to the doctor to get it checked out.

It's possible, that if through sports or some strange movement of your spinal cord that you may have displaced something. It's hard to tell under these circumstances. You need to get it checked as soon as possible. Also, if your a girl, it could be menstrual problems. Good luck and I hope things get better. Blessed be.
