My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

i am not lesbian nor will ever be, but one of my bestfriends is a lesbian, looks exactly like a guy. and people always mistake her for a guy.. anyways my brother always jokes me about being friends with her and says im her girfriend and jokes me about thinking im a lesbian, what can i do or say to make him shut up ?
He's just teasing you and the more you show him it bothers you, the more he does it. All siblings to that so don't worry about it. Just ignore him and he'll eventually stop doing it.
well i got this dwarf hamster like a week ago and like the second day i got it my friend came over and was holding it and stuff and got me use to holding it and i was soo happy but then the next day i went to hold him and it nipped me! so now im scared to hold it. I washed my hands too before i held him too! any tips or anything would be greatly apprecitated!! thanks!
I had a dwarf hamster and she loved to nipple on everything and when I first got her she would just nibble on my finger and bite me. They do it for a lot of reasons. It might of been a little scared. The smell of soap probablly bothered your hamster but it's really no big deal. Hamsters bite but it'll stop once they get used to you.
ok i just started to use a tampon. and i did it and it didn't hurt which was good.but it was a little weird..annyways..when its time to switch.is it supposed to hurt??and i wore it during school and during period 4 ( 3 or 4 hours into the day) it was like about to come out.the was "stuff" on my pad( i put just in case)

Sometimes it can hurt a little bit when you take it out, it's no big deal. If you leaked you probablly didn't put it in properly. You have to get it all the way in so you don't leak but it was smart of you to wear a pad. Change your tampon every 2-3 hours. If you still have the problem of leaking a bit, get bigger tampons.
when a guy says that he thinks im cute but doesnt really think he could see us as boyfriend and girlfriend mean i have no chance with him? or should i become better friends with him, hoping that we could have a chance.. or does it seem he wants nothing to do with me?
When guys say you're cute it usually means that you're just cute. They see you more as just a friend, nothing more. It doesn't really mean you have no chance with him but more likely just as friends.
theres this guy, "jake". jake & i talk alot online and stuffff and he's completley normal and fine when we talk online. but then in school, when i see him or we talk, he acts really shy. why is he doing this? and how do i make him feel more comfortable around me?
Some people take a while to get comftrable around others. Don't make him rush it. He probablly likes you and that makes it even harder for him. Just keep talking to him and hang out until he gets to know you a lot better. He will losen up more and he'll get comftrable around you.

It's really annoying when people do that so I can see why you're mad about it. Instead of telling everyone else about it, tell her. She won't stop doing it unless she knows it bothers you. When people do that, they don't even realize it. Sometimes they just want to be like someone that they do everything the same. If you don't talk to her about it, it's going to keep making you mad. She might get a little upset but you know you didn't want to hurt her feelings. You just have to be honest with her.
i had a boyfriend and all, and i liked him. but then he like, never hung out with me and he never had time.. and it wasnt even that, even if he did have time he would never seem to try and hang out and he didnt show that he liked me. and so i broke up with him and i didnt like him anymore, but now i think i do still. and its too late to go back out with him again, and he said he liked me alot, but my best firned likes him, and my other friend. and shol i just try and forget it or like, tell him how i feel?
Why is it too late to go back out with him? I understand that you don't want to hurt your friends if you go back out with him but sometimes you need to put yourself first. You shouldn't just forget about it and make yourself get over him. It's not right and it will only hurt you more. First, talk to your friend about it. See how they feel. If they get mad at you or something, it's really rude of them and you shouldn't worry about it too much. Just don't let him get in the way of your friendship. You should tell him how you feel. Maybe if you guys went back out things would actually work out this time? You never know until you try once again.

My boyfriend asked me if I was ready for him to kiss me. I've truthfully never kissed anyone before. He's taking me to the movies this weekend. He said if I was ready he wanted to kiss him there. I told him to talk to my cousin because she always knows everything, but he wants an answer from me. What do I do?
Your cousin shouldn't tell you if you're ready or not and only you can know that. You can't just plan your first kiss.. it's not special and you probably won't be ready. When you're ready to kiss him, you'll know. You won't need someone to tell you that you are. Don't let him pressure you to do it.. ever. So like I said, when you're ready.. it'll just happen natrually.
i met this amazing guy. i guess you could say that we have fallen for eachother. but he says that he wants to meet me. im kinda nervous cause first impressions are one of my biggest fears. i met him by way of one of my bestest friends, rachel. he wants to go to a football game (highschool) together. how do i get over my fear of first impressions?
If you act like yourself and just have fun and you're confident, you'll make a nice first impression. Don't try to hard to do anything because he will notice it. So, like I said, be yourself and just relax. I'm sure he will like you. Have fun with him, flirt, talk.. just don't worry about being perfect and saying the right or wrong thing.

How long have you two been going out? If it hasn't been long then I can understand why he doesn't really talk to you. He's probablly shy and uncomftrable right now and he doesn't want you to think anything bad about him. If he won't talk to you, talk to him first. Most guys are just shy so they won't say hi or call first.. it's lame but it's just how it is. To make a relationship work you have to comminicate and if he's not talking to you, how can you make it work? Invite him to go somewhere and just have fun that way he can get more comftrable and open up.
i really want to crimp my hair, but everytime i do it, it always turns out wayyy to poofy. i put my hair in braids when its wet at night and then take them out the next morning. should i put the braids in when its dry? will that make it less poofy?
I don't really know what you mean by "poofy" .. is your hair just frizzy or what? If you put your hair in braids over night, brush it in the morning. Use a comb instead so it doesn't get the curls out and just take a little bit of gel or moose and put it on top of your fingertips and run it gently through your hair. If you still want more waves, crimp your hair but use hair spray after you're done, not after every peice you do.

i have medium length hair(a little past my shoulders) and its NATURALLY STRAIGHT!!! i try scrunching it many times, but it usualy just goes straight again, or it looks really greasy. ive already tried wetting it, then using gel to scrunch it(and i flipped it upsidedown and did that) but nothing seems to work!! PLEASE HELP ME GET MY HAIR TO LOOK CUTE, YET SCRUNCHED! THANKS!
Instead of scrunching your hair, try crimping it. It looks really cute on medium lenght hair and I personally think it looks better than scrunching it. After that use some gel and then scrunch it just a bit and use a little bit of hairspray.
