Just use the tip of your finger. Dont use your nail because it could scratch your eye. After a while you'll get used to it.

I like the vinager idea down there. You could do that, put toothpaste in his hairgel if he uses any, steal the most valuable thing he loves in his room, when his friends are around and hes not in the room show them naked baby pictures, when his friends are around and hes not tell them embarrasing things about ur brother, or you could (if hes older.. enough to drive) poke a hole in his car tire. =P
