Q: so i had downloaded Corel PSPXI and i loved it!! but my trial ended. i got advice that if i set the date back on my computer to before it ended, i could continue using it for as long as i wanted. this worked for a couple weeks, but now its stopped! ive set the date back 3 times today, earlier and earlier, but it still pops up saying that i have 0 days left in the trial. is there anything else i can do? i cant buy the program.

if not is there another photoshop i can get a free trial of that has the blemish fixer and teeth whitener effect?

well, i don't have much adivce, but do you remember the day you specifically downoalded the program? you'd have to set it back to then at the latest. if you set in any further, it won't work.

if i totally missed the mark, sorry, but don't set it back too far, because that won't do anything.

well, if you're really set on using PSPXI, you can totally set the date back on your computer and continue to use it.

Q: I'm a teenage girl (raised catholic) who has been atheist/agnostic/unsure since the summer. I have encountered several recent events in my life that have lead me to believe that there really is a God after all. All of my friends are really strong christians- but I just don't think that God is real.

I don't know if Christianity is right- or even real... but I'm feeling compelled to recommit my life to Christ. What does that mean anyway? How can you "commit your life" to someone who isn't even real? Who IS Jesus? I mean this whole thing makes no sense. How can there be a God when there are so many other religions like islam and such? My prayers never came true as a Christian.

Oh, by the way- I hate going to church and i don't see the point in doing it. It never even brought me closer to this so-called God. To be a true Christian (not a poser) do you HAVE to attend mass? What if I just want to have my OWN faith? I also don't believe in Bible verses and stuff- like I don't think that the people in it were real. Why can't we just have faith in GOD and not all the crap that goes along with it?

It's totally fine to have your own faith, you don't have t believe in christian ways just because you were raised that way. I don't really think god can be real, i guess to me it makes no sense.

You can still believe in god, everyone has different beliefs and none have been proven, but not go to church or be a strong christian. Because i guess if there is a god, he wouldn't make an discriminations because people don't want to follow a certain faith.

Q: ugh. whenever i upload my really nice quality pictures into Photobucket to post on my livejournal, they get really blurry/fuzzy and its so frustrating! anything i can do?

try using another host site, like tinypic.

it's probably only temporary anway, it doesn't happen with my Photobucket photos, so maybe you can try for another account if tinypic doesn't work out, or if your photo's don't clear up.

Q: I know what "taking a break" means, but what is the point?

i guess there isn't much of a point, because generally when people want to 'take a break', they want to break up all together.

That aside, people take breaks for different reasons, to test there relationship, to see other people etc etc. But generally speaking, it's because they're nt sure they want to stay with their current boyfriend/girlfriend or not.

unless you know how to do vector work, you can't really do that unless you crop your eyes out of the picture, colorize them to whatever color you'd like, and place them back in. you could also try the 'Red eye tool' and see what thtat does, generally it just turns eyes a blackish color, but i don't know what it'd do to brown eyes. if you need help on colorizing things, let me know.

Q: What are some good songs/bands to put on iPod? I listen to ALL kinds of music so anything i'd appreciate it. :)

first off, if there's no song you don't really really NEED to listen to, i wouldn't waste your parents money on it. Spending money for the sake of spending money isn't cool.

That aside, here goes some bands that fall under the rock/alternative style that i like:

Blink 182
And Hoku is a pretty nice singer to listen to as pop-ish feel good things.

Q: I am pretty popular, and all.
But it seems like no one even likes me.
I have maybe a few really good/best friends but other than that I just have little friendships with girls.
And guys, they all hate me.
I dont understand, I used to be really really good friends with 80% of the guys who hate me.
They all just are mean and I dont know what I did.
Some guys would be my friend and be nice to me, and then just randomly start saying how they dont like me and tell me to shut up when I talk.
I dont understand, they dont do this to any other girl.

there's probably a reason why most of these people seem not to like you. Wethere it's a stupid reason or not, there will be a reason. it may be because they think you aren't pretty, and while that's shallow, it happens. You may have an annoying habit you're unaware of, or maybe people just don't like you're personality. But it's not your fault.

It sounds like a girl i used to go to school with, she was friends with some popular girls who were associated with certain boys, and the boys didn't, well .. like her. The reasons for them not liking her were pretty stupid, she dyed her hair a crazy blonde color, and she laughed a lot. But it wasn't her fault.

There's nothing wrong with you. Maybe these people do really like you, and you just have a misconception. I'd try and straighten it out if i could, and maybe ask your friends what the deal could be, too.

Q: is there any way to convert pics on your computer from .jpg and .gif (one or the other, or both) to .bmp format without buying or downloading anything??? i really want to know....

wherever you're saving you're picture, just look in the drop down menu for .bmp. I don't know why you'd want to save it in .bmp format, because it limits color, but either way that's how you do it.

Well there's this guy, one of my best friends and well I really like him alot. He doesn't know and I'm not planning on telling him for fear of losing our friendship so I don't need help about that. The thing is, the other day he texted me the wierdest message and then logged off. I havn't been able to ralk to him since so I don't know what it meant and I couldn't ask. The text he sent me was: 'I less than heart you'
Like what the heck does that mean? I asked a friend but she didn't know.
To clarify what I'm asking, I want to know what the message means and why he would send it to me if it's not something stupid.

i, personally, am guessing he meant i less than three you.

but i'm not sure. i don't think that any boy would text msg a girl saying 'i less than heart you' purposely, because it has no meaning as far as i know.

i'd try and talk to him. but for now try not to stress over it.

extending? what? if you mean growing back out, it will do that continually. you can't stop hair from growing. just shave every little while so you won't have more hair than you'd like.

Q: I read somewhere that you will start getting discharge one year before you have your period. well ive been getting whitish to clear discharge in my underwear for the past 3-4 years, and i still dont have my period. i have spotted twice before, about a year apart. the last time was last year. i have pubic hair (sorry i know this is all kinda gross, but these are all symptoms of getting your period soon) and my breasts are still developing, and i grew a lot taller. so why havent i gotten my period?

i am athletic to the extremes (i'm on a swim team), i'm 15, and my mom got hers at age 13. each year my doctor has predicted my period, but it never happens. she has never bothered to examen me down there.

should i be worried? i want to get my period eventually, like i wanna have kids in the future. i heard about this disease where you never get your period and cant give birth.

those are all the "syptoms" that will lead you to believe that your period is coming soon. But some girls don't get their period; ever.

I don't think you should be vair worried with it so much just yet. You should probably get examined somewhere (gyno, or just your doctor for check-ups). I can't tell you much to do, but the swimming may have something to do with it.

But i wouldn't just ignore it and never have it checked out just under the assumption that your athletic, so it's delayed. But it's a possiblity that you can't have kids, and you won't get your period.

It sounds to me like you should have your period, but even if you should have it, and your perfectly fine, it won't be 'delayed' forever. Get it checked out either way.

Okay so I'm dating this guy and we have been for about 4 months. This New Years Eve we couldnt hangout beacuse we we're both busy, I had some girls over and he went to one of the guys houses... we're all friends. So anyway , we havnt kissed (its not that we're prude or anything.. like we just wanted it to be speacil) so anyway, this guy's house that he went to has an older sister who is a junior and she had all of her friends over on NYE too ! Youo CAN be upset, that's perfectly fine. You told him, that was your choice. Now he think your an insane, over protective girlfriend because someone he seems to really like gave him a kiss.

yeah. it's gone. because it's gotten incredibly stupid, and only people who watch it religously are still tuning in. pretty much, rating are low, story lines are hard to make, and therfore pretty much suck due to rush.

when you don't want people to make fun of you for a boy you like, you do stupid things. you deny it constantly, and it gets back to the boy. or you write something to prove you have no interest in him. They won't find out that you like him unless they ask and you tell them, if you started going out or the like. Don't worry because it's unimportant. If you like him, that's fine; and he probably isn't so unatractive, anyway.

if you'd like to make icons that aren't pre made, don't go to any other website. You'd need to download at least one program for creating them, Jasc Animation Shop 3. They used to give a free trial, but unless you pay for it, you can't really get it anymore. You can always try GIF Animator, though. Once you've found a program, you'd need to download some fonts. Try www.dafont.com. Basically, everyone has different techniques. So once you've found a program for making them, you can try and figure out a certain style. The only thing you need to do, is make your base 48 x 48.

Q: I stumbled across this site by accident. I seriously doubt many of you have the qualifications to give real people proper advice. After reading some of your responses to people's inquiries i was quite astonished as to how teenagers find they are able to give quality advice and information to real people in need with such little life experience. If you ask me you are not in a place to give your "personal opinion" when people truly believe you are giving them the right answer simply because you claim "people think i give really good advice". (eg. i am still at a loss as to how a 17 year old girl thinks she can give advice to someone regarding conceiving a child) I know you try to come across as a "godsend" to poeple who are in some sort of personal crisis and need a fast easy answer but the truth is, in the cases where it really counts, there rarely is one; at least not from you.

i guess that i kind of agree with you. However, i myself, only answer questions having to do with fashion, or teenage depression, or period questions. Generally things that i have somewhat of an authoritative position on/experience with. I only 'answer' sex questions if someone who answered before me said something untrue that might hinder the asker. Also, i'm only 14 so i feel i know ver little about sex. I'll give my view on people's life when they ask for an opinion, but in general i don't answer questions that are too serious or important. Those questions are best left un answered rather than being answered with someone that's totally untrue.

no matter how annoying it is, it's always there. it's not there when your on your period, because you get your period instead of it. it may not be there the days after you finsish your period, though.
