Vaginal discharge is normal at pretty much any time. It will be heavier during ovulation, which is typically (but not always) right in the middle of your cycle. If you have frequent heavy discharge, it could be an indicator of a problem since the discharge is the body's way of cleaning up. If your discharge smells bad or is an off color, as opposed to clearish or whitish, that is a sign of a problem. Usually, with those cases, it is just a yeast infection or something and can easily be treated. If it is light, with the exception of ovulation, and doesn't smell really bad or have an odd color, it is nothing to worry about.

You can have discharge everyday, it`s the natural way the body cleans itself out down there. You don`t get it when you have your period. ♥

no matter how annoying it is, it's always there. it's not there when your on your period, because you get your period instead of it. it may not be there the days after you finsish your period, though.
