PaintShop Pro: help!

Hey,

I have Corel Paintshop Pro Photo XI.

Is there any way to make your eyes like...brown to blue?

Any help is greatly appreciated :)'

unless you know how to do vector work, you can't really do that unless you crop your eyes out of the picture, colorize them to whatever color you'd like, and place them back in. you could also try the 'Red eye tool' and see what thtat does, generally it just turns eyes a blackish color, but i don't know what it'd do to brown eyes. if you need help on colorizing things, let me know.
