I'm a really good singer. All of my friends have said so, and are threatening to take me too American Idol when I'm 16. And I love to sing. But when I go to do it in front of some people I get really nervous and choke up. Any suggestions on how to get rid of my nervous-ness??

don't let them bother you! i'm in my high school chorus and we have to do quartets. i used to get so freaked out. you shouldn't be nervous, they're not out there to screw with your mind! just act natural, act like you're the best one of there.. act like your in the mirror singing to yourself! thats what i do.. hope i helped!

you get discharge all the time, but cramps is a big symptom of your period! take midol =) it helps..

don't put him through that kind of pain! i know it'll pry be hard, but you need to break up with him if you're cheating on him. he'd be very hurt if he knew, believe me! if you know you're going to cheat on him, break up with him until he's out of jail, and then date him again. hope i helped =)

ask your teacher ! i'm sure she'll help you. i'm catholic. you just tell them everything you need to confess about, unless theres stuff you don't want the priest to know about. i think he asks you how long it's been since your last confession, and when your done confessing, he says a prayer, and you do the sign of the cross n say amen. that's what i do! hope that helped =)

i don't know of any movies with belly dancing it them, but if you check your local recreational center, they might have belly dancing classes. where i live, it's really popular! hope i helped =)

I need help QUICK!! Im getting my braces tightened for the first time tomorrow and I know to expect pain but how much? And do they hurt WHILE he's tightening them or AFTER hes done? Should I take advil first? Will i be able to eat/chew food afterwards? How long does it take for him to tighten them? Thanks ill rate high!! (link)

it hurts after they're tightened.. for me, it took a couple of days for the soreness to go away, and it does make it harder to eat certain foods. take advil when your teeth become sore. lighter colors are always good for braces.. i always get light blue or light pink.. dark colors look kinda gross.. hope i helped =)

Im only 14 , but yet im talking about Love ... In most Love stories it always ends up perfect .. when the couple in love kisses usually the girl needs somthing to lean on to keep her from Fainting ... every girl wishes she could have tht feeling ... trust me you dont want it , because once it happens you never want it to leave and in my case it left me ... For another girl. But it's weird because i know exactly how he feels to be ignored rejected and not noticed because what i go through each day with him , wanting him to just talk to me , Is what he goes through with her. As bad as i wish he would just want to get back together i just wish he would be happy.. I know this is gonna sound wierd but i would rather see him with her and be happy then go through such pain and being alone .. i just dont want him sad ... no matter how much it hurts me ill still find a way to be happy if he is...I dont go a single second without him crossing my mind and i just hate it because i love him so much and he doesn't EVEN NO!! I really wanna get over him but i can't it's like everytime i think i have , i see him smile or hear his voice and it just starts all over again... You telling me to get over him isn't gonna cut it i want help on to find away back to his heart even if it means being friends .. Thanx For listening

i know what you mean.. i tell myself that i never want to get into that and i do. i'm in a relationship right now ((6 months)) and i'm afraid to let him go.. but i know it's gonna end, considering i'm only a freshman. my ex, i went out with him for about 11 months and he broke up with me.. it took me awhile to realize there's other guys out there but sooner or later, you'll realize it too. it's good that you want him to be happy. i know telling you to get over him won't help bc it didn't help me either. you should make sure that you guys are gonna be friends. i lost my ex as a friend and now he thinks i am a bitch? so talk to him, hang out with him, and when the time is right, tell him that you still love him. tell him everything you're telling me right now. hopefully he's not an ass and he'll understand. if you need to talk, my s/n is shad 0 w x5 and i'll be happy to talk to you. i hope i helped out a little bit..

Okay.. so me and my boy friend have been dating for 8 months ! Well just last week we were looking at his digital camera and a picture poped up and he was like oh look heres when they had a stripper come to my dads birthday ! Im Like WHAT ? so i didn't say anything until we got home well when i did hes like its just a joke come on i mean she was ugly and she only danced in front of everyone else ! Well i've been dating my boyfriend for about 2 months. He has had sex before and I havent (15/f). For the past couple of days I have really been thinking if i want to do it or not. My boyfriend is perfect, but im kinda nervous about the whole thing. Dont get me wrong, I do want to have sex with him, but its only been to months and i think its kinda soon. i'm assuming you're either a soph. or a freshman in high school, correct? k, you need to decide whether you're ready for that or not. if you are, USE PROTECTION! you know the consequences are bad if you don't. if not, don't let him pressure you into anything. that's the worst situation to be in. and if you decide to do it, don't tell anybody. because that crap gets out like wildfire, and they'll assume crap n everything. im a virgin and ppl say stuff about me, n it's not even true.. so yeah. be careful =) hope i helped !
