Q: im a girl and im 16 years old... randomly, i get shoooting pains in my back from moving certain ways..and yesterday at school i bent over to get something and my back like spazzed or something.. it hurt so bad! it was hard to walk after. it hurts to do everything..lean forward..bend over..move..lay down..sit. i cudnt sleep cuz i cudnt find a position where my back didnt hurt.. i need help..does anyone kno wat this is or how i can fix it?

i think you should stretch every day because without stretching your muscled every once in a while they can become weak and crack and make pains in you also try to ice your back for 15 minutes every day and if your back still hurts go see a doc.
