i dont think that's fat, but anyways if you want to lose weight check out a magazine like seventeen they always have easy work outs that really do work.. they also have foods that you can eat,, hope it helps.. please rate :)

I have a friend, Lauren, who kept comparing her friend, Maddie, to me a while back - February, I think it was. She kept saying how much alike we were and that we should meet. Now that I've known Maddie and her best friend Christine for a while and the three of us have become great friends, Lauren has begun acting jealous. Maddie, Chris, and I keep wondering what we need to do about it, but we can't decide. We all knew it would happen, but... shouldn't Lauren learn to share her friends? (link)

she should share her friends and everything, but don't leave her out all of the time or anything like that. after all there is three of you who are doing stuff and shes the only one being discluded. i relize you may want to do things the 3 of you sometimes but don't always leave her out. She was your friend before you met maddie and chris, don't you want to keep it that way? you're right about the thing where she should share things, but maybe try to get together the 4 of you more. and remember if you guys don't think that you would act the same way if you guys were in her shoes, remember that everyone is different and everyone reacts to certain things differently! hope i helped & please rate!

My mom and dad are jewish. my parents want me to be like them and do what they do. my best friend is christian and she took me to church with her once and i recieved Jesus into my life. i really want to be like my friend and be christian but my parents wont accept it! what do i say to them? i am my own person right? ok, i know its a tough situation, but you're right.. you are your own person and you have your own beliefs. Until you're 18 your parents can still make participate in Jewish customs, but that doesn't mean you have to believe in your heart what they believe. Once you're 18 you'll be free to turn Christian if thats what you still want. but make the best of the situation you're in until you turn 18, because if you cause problems it could create a lot of fighting within your family. good luck and please rate.

Ok, i kinda have 2 questions. If she is your best friend then she'll probably understand.. i don't know her though, if u think it will ruin your friendship now if you tell her, then what do you think will happen when she finds out from someone else and not u, i bet she would feel a whole lot worse, don't you?! Lol. This is a dumb question, but I don't know if I'm eating right and stuff, cuz I'm starting 2 get a stomach. I mean, I'm not fat or anything. I'm actually really skinny, but I wanna do something before I do get fat. Lol. I'm only 97 lbs and I sorta wanna keep it that way, haha. Does anyone know any easy workouts or stuff to flatten your stomach and/or abs (unless they're the same thing, forgive me)? That are easy and don't involve a medicine ball? And please, no pilates. Tried it. Hate it. Lol. Thanks.

First of all if you want to keep it that way pick up a magazine like seventeen or something, they always have easy workouts that will keep you in shape.. also 97 pounds is really light, especially for a 15 year old. trust me you have nothing to worry about.. just make sure you don't try starving yourself, cuz that would make you look sickly.. hope i helped & please rate me :)

okay my girlfriend and i were very close she was beautiful and funny and just an all around good girrl i love her so much 2 monthes ago she was killed some 1 came to her house murdered her and robbed her i feel really bad because the night that happened we got into a huge fight i cant stop blaming myself for wat happened i keep beatin my self up physically and mentally about this wat do i do i cant move on and its screwin uo my life (link)

don't beat yourself up about it, and keep telling yourself it's not your fault!! life is unfair sometimes like this time and im sure your girlfriend if she was sucha a good girlfriend would want you to know that she still liked you very much even if you got into a fight and that you should quit blaming yourself cuz thats not going to bring her back.. you just have to move on and think to yourself at least i had as many good memories as i did with her!!!!

i think you should get one of those temp. dyes & have it match the hair color you want, then maybe have it so it stays in for a few days or something & see if your mom likes it or if she can get used to it.. hope i helped, please rate me :)!

i don't think there is anything wrong with that but make sure that your boyfriend isn't going to think he's less of a man because you did it or something like that. ( don't straight out ask him but you probably can tell since you've known him for 3 years. if he's not then i think you should definatly go for it! good luck.. please rate me :)

okay i asked a question earlier bout my girl friend cheatin on me well i went over to her house to talk and she wasnt there i went u to her room to see if she and saw her fuc**** with the same guy she looked at me and was suprised i ran out the door upset as i could be then to make matters worse that guy came out and said "guess the better guy won" and that was fighting words so i went up to him and said ur right u can have her and tuned around to leave and the guy sucker punched me so i turned around and knocked the sh** out of him.
did i do the right thing?

If you were just trying to talk it out with the girl and caught her cheating again then you did the right thing. also, you could have very well beat the crap out of that guy after he said the better man won and you didn't and you only did after he went after you first .. to me you showed good self control and only were defending yourself, so yes i think you did the right thing.. hope i helped, please rate me!

its a hard question.. i wouldn't say for sure that you won't to your boyfriend & he shouldn't do it to you either, after all if you guys do break the promise of not seeing other ppl then one of you is going to be hurt. what i suggest is saying that you'll try not to see other ppl but if you find someone in the meantime than there may be some exepections ( same for him ) .. you are pretty young and a lot could happen in a year and 1/2 , you'll probably change a lot and so will he.. if you both love each other than wait, but don't say for sure that you (& he shouldn't either) that you guys won't see other ppl because you just might and you'll hurt each other more that way .. hope everything works out and don't forget to rate me!!

Hi. I'm a very shy person who just can't seem to overcome that and approach people when making new friends. It's very difficult for me to make new friends because my shyness gets in the way of everything, and I HATE that! I want to become more friendly and out-going so that it will be easy to be making new friends instead of a struggle. i think what you should do is maybe talk to some ppl online that you don't know and work on your ppl skills with them, then after you have mastered that take it to the next level and start taking to friends at your school in person then gradually start asking some to hang out somewhere or invite them over for a sleepover and get them to know you better.. if you have anymore questions just ask.. hope i helped and please rate me :)

First of all i don't think you should talk to her boyfriend because, he may be the cause of your bestfriend picking him over you, but he can't help it. i think that you should talk to ur friend but when you do keep this in mind.. your bestfriend is there for you even if she doesnt relize what you have friendship wise right now, this might be a fase and it could pass. tell her how your feeling, give her sometime .. but in the mean time dont try to get revenge by doing the same thing back to her cuz that might just push her farther away.. if you need anymore help just ask! hope i helped & please rate me!

Well ive been hurt a lot of times with guys, and i dont trust very easily. i dont usually stay with a guy very long anymore bekuz of it. i just met this guy, Cody, and i love everythin about him! hes amazing, ugh i duno what to do though. im scared, i feel like i like him to much that i shouldnt be with him or ill get hurt.... but its like should i trust him or no?? if i do and he hurts me again i dont kno what i would do, but i dont know if i should miss out on this love experiance i could have... i dont kno what to do?!? first of all, if this friend was really your friend she wont take the guy that you like away from you. And also, shes just coming for a visit so chances are even if he does like her nothing could happen, but i dont think that your friend would do that to you.. and if your even asking this question, some part of you thinks she'll do this, talk to her and tell her that this guy is off limits and you dont want her flirting with him or anything.. she'll understand

it depends on how many ppl are telling you, if the ppl that are telling you are your friends that you trust and a lot of them are telling you this then i suggest that you believe them.. make sure though that if your going to believe them like i said that the ppl are your trusted friends and they wouldnt lie to you.. if they aren't i wouldnt be so sure and you could ask the guy about it, it will be a lot more effective if you ask him in person b/c you could tell if he was lying to you as opposed to email, instant messanger and then phone. if you can't do it by yourself because your too scared, bring a friend... hope i helped and don't forget to rate me :)

alright im a new frosh right, well i like 2 guys and i cant pick one, i wanna see what other people think...well lets call the first guy x now x is my age i have gona out wit him b4 and broke up wit him so i wouldnt get hurt but it ended up hurting me more, i know thats stupid know N im learning well we have been talking the last few 3 m. b4 school ended get even closer than we were when we were going out, well i like him alot and idk his friends say he likes me N he acts like it most the time, he told me to call him over the summer and we could hang out but idk maybe im to scared or w/e i dont wanna call...and then theres well lets call him o well he 16 and i like him too...he always is saying that hes almost inlove wit me but idk hes soo sweet and he understands me most the time...we are talking as much as we can at the moment and i think that maybe im not good enough for o cuz i mean he has goan throught some hard stuff wit his ex that i know abut because we have been friends erally good friends up untill some time after him N his gf were over...if anyone could try to help cuz i just dont know anymore..and the best friend i got right now my almost twin is helping out but i want an outsiders view!! thankx bye bye 14/f (link)

well if you can't decide on one guy then i think you should make 2 lists.. on each list have a guys name and then say somethinngs that you like about that person, whichever one has the most things on the list then you should go for that one.. but in the end, whichever one you want o have more is the thing.. and you will make up the stupidest things for that person that you want the most so they will have more things... so basically im all for trying new experiences but your not me.. so do whats best for you!

even though she may not be a great influence,you mkae your own decsions and if you dont want to do something then you dont have to do it. If she is pressuring u into to doing somehting your not ready for or you know u would get in a lot of trouble for. You should probably try talking to her. If you love her that much then it wouldn't matter if she was punk or not.. if she is telling you things you don't wanna hear, isn't it your job as a friend to listen anyways.. im sure she does the same for you. If your in different groups, its harder to do things at school and i think its a good thing that she is making an effort to do things with you. ..however, if you don't want to be friends with her anymore for whatever reason then you don't have to be. but remember this punk thing might just be a phase that she'll grow out of or something and she seems like a really good friend even though she has a bad influence, but you live your own life and how she lives hers doesn't effect the descions she makes.. you're your own person .. hope i helped and remember to rate me :)

i dont know what is wrong with me i can literally jsut finish a meal, and want to eat again.. i have been diagpnised with mild depression does that have anything to do with this? Please help me i think i am geting really... fat.. i weigh 135 pounds and i just hate how i look..

your depression may have some things to do with this.. if you don't like how you look, you're the only one who controlls that. if you are still hungary try to controll yourself and not eat anything after that unless you have a really big craving.. im not saying that you shouldn't have a snack or something after dinner but wait a little while and don't have it directly after dinner. also, you could try excersing. i wouldn't go on any diets though, you might end up starving yourself or something. also, if you want to stop this eating thing ( if it is apart of your depression ) then maybe you should find the cause of that and get through that first and then maybe you will conquer your eating habits.
