Hey Everyone!
My Names Tory I'm 15 years old and a freshman in highschool.
I really like riding horses,watching Grey's Anatomy (my favorite is Kate Walsh aka Addison),fashion, graphic design, and taking pictures. I'm pretty good with most computer, iPod, and Myspace things so if you ever need any help with those, feel free to ask me. I also know a lot about drama, particularly with small groups.

is there anyway to save a video to your computer that you found on youtube? thanks.

If you want the actual video to be saved to your computer that is a really complex thing cause u have to totally changethe format and download a converter and stuff.
As for if you want to be able to watch the video anytime just save the webpage to favorites or bookmarks and then go back to it whenever you like.

hi. i can't make default layouts or skinny layouts for myspace. ive tried to look at codes of layouts to see if theres any special HTML to either of them but i can't find it. regular layouts are easy, because all you need is a generator, but i could never find out how to make any other. can anyone tell me if theres a code, or if thers a specific site that helps make skinny/default layouts? thanks.

I'm having my braces removed in a couple of days. I'm concerned though, 'cause the dentist said that it's a 2-day process.

I got them on October 31st, 2005 (no candy for me that year, i know!). So it's been like 2 point something years so far. What should I expect during and after the removal? Blood? Weird nasty tastes?...Tooth decoloration? Pain?

Also, the dentist will file my teeth 'cause they're not all similar in length. Will that hurt or bleed or anything?

And is the switch from braces to a retainer a big jump? Did anyone get braces then retainers?

I'd like to know what it was like for you guys. If you haven't had them, it's ok, i'd still like to know what you think awaits me!

I just got my braces off not to long ago. It wasnt horrible but it wasnt fun either. The worst part for me was when the had to remove the glue from my teeth with the little drill thing, it tasted and smelled pretty bad and kind of stung. Otherwise though it was rather quick and not to bad.
I dont know about the filing sorry.
As for the retainers mine are painful if i wear them for along time, its just that sore achey type feeeling. Same as with braces. But its not that big of a differnce, the only hard part is remembering to wear and clean them. Good luck and congrats! Hope all goes well.

thats all i can think of sorry.

first- my computer was freaking out. i just basically had too many things running at once while trying to update my ipod. so i just went to the task manager [alt+crtl+delete] and ended the itunes "process".

second- so then, i went to my ares and added my newest songs to my itunes.

third- i plugged in my ipod [or hit "sync to ipod", i can't remember]. then the message came up that said "so&so's ipod is synced with another itunes library. do you want to erase this ipod and sync with this itunes library?". i have NO idea where this came from-- it assume its what happened when i exited itunes improperly. [yeah, way to go me.] so i just hit cancel. and so now my itunes library is empty.

so my question is, how can i get the songs on my ipod back into the library? when i expand my ipod under the "devices" menu and go to music, the songs on my ipod are still there but they're dimmed grey and i can't highlight them.

can ANYONE possibly help me? i will love you FOREVER.

I don't think this is the right category--maybe under health? Anywhos, I had a question about being a vegetarian. I'm 14/f and I am trying to be a vegetarian. It's not for weight loss or anything, I just want to be a vegetarian because I think it's much healthier than eating meat everyday.

Anywhos, I know that since being a vegetarian means no meat, I know that missing out on meat means missing out on proteins and such. So I was wondering what kinds of food I would be needing to eat in order to make up for the missing meat. And also if anyone knew a site that had good vegetarian receipes that a 14 year old can cook easily other than allrecipes.com.

I want to burn my boyfriend a CD. All the songs are in MP3 and WAV. I burned it, but it didn't work on his CD player or XBOX. Apparently it doesn't read those files. It only works on his computer. So, what is a preferably free program to change these files to work on a CD player?

Also, What are those files called?

I know for sure that if your buring it in itunes the cd should work.
make sure though that you are using a cd-r (cd recordable), that would make it not work.
If your cds are really old that could be a factor too.

If none of that helps try this;
go into itunes
make a playlist
then hit crtl+a and highlight all the songs
after that go up to the top click on advanced > convert to mp3
then hit burn cd and it should work

I'm NOT sure if this is correct, but i think the song is about leaving someone you love for someone better, but it kind of confused me.

As for what you should wear; I would wear a dark seriousl color like black or brown and then wear you hair like you said in a pretty up-do with some smokey make-up( if you want). I would wear plain but a rather big (fake) diamond or pearl necklace. So, Simple and Classy Style.

There are four different choirs at my highschool, we is a very big music program. Over all there are about 130 people in the schools choirs. They are having auditions for honor choir, but only about 60 people qualify. About 55 are auditioning. I am one of them. I know I have a good chance of making it, I have won 3 state compitions for singing, and I have one a couple of talent shows. Only 15 people are allowed in honor choir. You have to sing a song off of broad way. The choir teachers will judge. What are some good broadway songs? I want a kind of jazzy song. (You know like the songs Fever or Big Spender? Something like that.) Does anyone know any good broadway songs for solos? It would be a big help. Don't worry about high any notes, I can sing a high C. Anyways thank you in advance, and any suggestions are appreciated!

I have used this one before, I really like it.
It isn't easy being the ugly stepsister. Everybody always feels so sorry for poor little Cinderella, but what about me? I deserve a little sympathy, too. Does MY fairy godmother ever turn up with a magic wand? Does the prince ever dance with me at the ball? Not on your life. The best I can ever hope for with my pumpkins is a decent piece of pie. And as for the rats, well, rats are rats, with their sneaky eyes and skinny tails, nibbling and gnawing at the garbage. I never saw one yet who turned into a coachman.

If you ask me, that Cinderella is weird. Certainly, she isn't normal. Besides the fact that she has naturally curly hair and wears size 4 1/2 shoes, she is so good-natured that it's downright sickening. If you had to dust and sweep and clean all day long, would you go around singing to the birds? Of course you wouldn't. No sensible person would.

A lot of people think I'm jealous of her. Maybe I am. And with good reason. I subsisted on seven hundred calories a day for three whole weeks before the ball. I did my leg-lift exercises faithfully. I got a perm and a facial and a manicure. I even bought a new gown. Blue velvet. Designer label. I mean, I was READY. PRINCEY, I thought to myself, HERE I COME!

And what happens? Little Cindy, who has never seen the inside of a health club in her life and who doesn't know the caloric difference between a carrot stick and a chocolate eclair, whips together a dress out of some old curtains from K-Mart, waltzes off to the ball and snags the prince.

It isn't fair! It really isn't fair!

hey. well i got an advicenators friday march 31 cause
i was ooober bored. & i always went on over spring
break. well, i totally realized that i am right back in the
zone.. & i barely have enough time to study & do all
my homework! how do you guys manage your time
so that you can do sports, homework, AND answer
questions on a school day? thanks in advancee.

What i do is;
Ill do maybe like one or two classes worth of homework and then get on here for about a half an hour, but no more.
Then once i've finished all my stuff for the night (hw, shower, cleaning, etc.) if i have extra time ill come back on before i go to bed and read through the questions and answer them the best i can.

i am trying to upload songs onto my band myspace but they are off my itunes and they are as mp4's. is there any way i can convert them to an mp3? i would rather now download any programs but i do have audacity if that helps, but i don't really know how to use it

If they are song you bought from itunes you wont be able to upload them because they are protected.
But if you downloaded them
then heres the way i do it.
1. Make a playlist of the songs you want
2. Press Crtl+Shift and select all the songs in the playlist by clicking on them
3 Go up to advanced and click convert to MP3.
4. then drag the Song(s) out to the desktop
from there you should be able to upload them to your music site.
If that doesnt work i might have one more suggestion msg or IM me if you need any help.

That deit will deff. help you get to a flat stomach.
but it will take a while and you wont see results right away,
