[question#1]will i get a flat stomach and smaller thighs from this:
breakfast: special K cereal
lunch: hot pocket
snack: fruit/vegetable
supper: something not fatty
drinking plenty of water
doing like 300 situps everyday

but it will take a while and you wont see results right away,
and as for the thighs thing
i think doing leg lifts will help. and running maybe.
glamdiva227 answered Wednesday April 4 2007, 11:31 pm: omg! i eat special k every morning- and i've gotten skinnier... maybe a hot pocket wouldn't be good 4 you, but maybe something like that. fruits and vegetables are always good, and drinking water is great-better than milk... 300 sit-ups might be harsh, i don't see a change in that. try doing 500 crunches- it made a difference on me! a thigh exercise could be lunges, or just run.
Hope you get an idea! [ glamdiva227's advice column | Ask glamdiva227 A Question ]
shasha answered Wednesday April 4 2007, 11:29 pm: #1 i'd say that you probably would... i don't know how healthy this rutine might be... but if it's only for a week or so it shouldn't be that bad... o yeah, andyou might only want to do sit-ups every other day because if you do them day after day your muscles won't be affected as much.
#2 a really good leg exersize is called a jump 'n' squat, it's where you squat down and then jump up as high as you can... i'd say do 25-50 of these everyother day, increasing the number by two or so each time [ shasha's advice column | Ask shasha A Question ]
