Vegetarian I don't think this is the right category--maybe under health? Anywhos, I had a question about being a vegetarian. I'm 14/f and I am trying to be a vegetarian. It's not for weight loss or anything, I just want to be a vegetarian because I think it's much healthier than eating meat everyday.
Anywhos, I know that since being a vegetarian means no meat, I know that missing out on meat means missing out on proteins and such. So I was wondering what kinds of food I would be needing to eat in order to make up for the missing meat. And also if anyone knew a site that had good vegetarian receipes that a 14 year old can cook easily other than allrecipes.com.
Thanks!!! =]
