My cat has been gaging like he's going to puke but then he dosn't and he does it especialy when you pick him up. Also he's breathing out of his mouth. I know for sure that theres nothing stuck in his throat... and the weirdest part is that my other cat is starting to do it now too. Does anyone know what might be causing it. I think it would be a hair ball. Give it some alka-seltzer and see what happens. Or maybe if you give it some acid to drink it will dissolve the hair.

I don't see your problem. The best Beauty tip I could give is more water and more sleep.
Oh yeah, eating less, and a change in diet helps too, eat more vegetables and less meat.
And thirteen and never had a boyfriend? I met girls 19 that never had a boyfriend. Honestly too.
There is no need to be with a boyfriend either. Especially at your age. It will only lead you to having a whole lot of emotional drama.
And right now, my advice is not as good as usual check. Thats because of the same kind of thing. I am fifteen and I never had a girlfriend before. I found a chic that I really like but now she is in a trip to england. And NOw I am not up to myself. Imagine what pain breaking up must be?

I've been singing for about 7 years now, and I think it's time I started taking voice lessons. My mom insists that I have no natural talent. She's only heard me once, and at the time, I was so nervous that I didn't sound good. My mom said that if I had natural talent, then it would show up when I was a little kid. However, my choir teacher tells me I'm an incredible singer, and she's the type that never lies to make someone feel good. When I was a little kid, my chest voice wasn't so great and I didn't know how to use my head voice. I'm 13 right now, and a mezzo-soprano (though I have almost a three octave range). So do you have to be talented as a little kid to be a talented singer? (link)

In a sense you are still young, so you can learn. ANd maybe you really are a talented singer. SO long as you put enough work into it, you can learn, and be good. The past has little to do with what the future could store.

i am very perplexed. i attended a christian school since i was kindergarten and i already accepted Christ as my Lord and Saviour. but i'm moving to a new school this year, a catholic one. but since i'm not baptized christian,and i was baptized catholic when i was a baby, so i'm technically a catholic.but since i'm not baptized christian, people will never think i'm christian.so people will really think i'm catholic because i was baptized and i have certificate as proof. i need help because i dunno should just go on prtending i'm a catholicwhen i'm really not. i really dunno what to do. sorry if its a bit confusing but pls. help.

Catholics are christians too. Maybe you are a different branch of christianity, Like Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, or just a general Christian thing in public. No set religion. Just Christian. But thats cool too man.

I am a HUGE people pleaser and i know you cant always please people. I need to know how I can tell them that I just want to be their friend with out comming across mean or making them feel bad. Alright, Just pull of looking depressed one day, they will talk to you because you are there friend. Then just say that you feel bad because some body dumped you. they will be" There are better people out there" then you just pretend to look a little bit better, then say "your a really good friend, and you are so right, but I don't want to get into any more relations ships right now, I just am not ready."
And they will undersatnd. You come across as not mean, and M if you spice up the dialouge a bit with some compliments, they may walk out of it without feeling bad.

I recently asked you a question about liking two guys, who are friends..and not knowing which one to like more, to go for..
And you told me to get back to you when I got to know them a bit better.
Granted I haven't really gotten to know them in a week or two, but I still feel the need to ask a follow--up question.
Remember one of the guys was outspoken, popular and wanted, the other one was more good looking, but more shy, and not as charming. (don't worry, I don't judge by looks, just reminding you of the two guys)
Lets call the outspoken one #1 and the shy one #2
Okey, so the first time I met them I hepled them study for like 30 minutes, remember?
Now I met guy #2 at the library the other day, and he was like "HEY, what's up? The test went pretty good actually.." and we talked for like two minutes. And I was like "wow he seems to want to get to know me" BUT 1 hour or so later, he wa walking with his friends, and I nodded and said "hi" (he definitely saw it) but he totally ignored it!! wtf?!
So I was like "whatever, if he doesn't want to get to know me, I don't want to get to know him" I didn't let it get to me.
But like, a while later,I could tell he wanted to come talk to me, he was definitely staring at me, and kind of walking slowly past me..you know?
gaah, guys can be so confusing.
And now, to guy #1, when I smile at him at school, I gues he sortof smiles back..but not really. And the other day on my way home from school, I smiled at him when I saw him, and he smiled back, and then he stopped me and said "hold on, my test went great! Thnk you so much, I got a perfect score!" I was like "Really?That's awsome" congratulations, I'm happy for you" and then we both just kept walking our separte ways..
So I don't know, it seems like at the same time, they both want to get to know me, but still..they don't?
Could it have something to do with my appearence? Like they both want to get to know me because I have a good personlaity, but maybe i not pretty or popular enough?
Though, people usually tell me I'm pretty..but maybe I'm just not pretty ENOUGH?
I don't know, now to my last question, sorry this was so long, haha..
I told my friend that I had gotten to know these guys (not that im interested in more though) and she was like; ohhh they're hot! esp. guy #1" I was like "haha, yeah, want me to hook you up with him?" WHY DID I SAY THAT??? I WANT HIM! I've done this before too!! Liked a guy, and then told my friend that I'd hook them up..

Sorry I am taking so long to answer. I am on exams and stuff.
Alright, I doubt it has to do with your looks. I don't even know how you look, but I believe it is pretty enough.
Strange enough, us guys don't really place too much emphasis on beauty. Once you are not ugly, you qualify, so being pretty might not have to do with it at all. You have the nice personality, and that is what counts.
And popularity, well I am not sure about that one. In my country, we don't realyy have popularity as such, few people know few people, even though it is such a small population. Too many all boys and all girls schools and too strict parents who want thier children to reach home after scholl asap.
NOw this stupidness here. I saw it only happen once before, with this idiot named blue shirt. He liked this girl, so he walked up to her and said, "Your sister is so hot, could you please hook me up with her?" I had so much fun when he said that, we tortured the guy for another two hours because of it.
We thought it was just blue shirt being stupid, but now it sounds like a real condition. (got to apologise to that freak now)
So now, we told him to just stay away from both of em and forget about them, and If he does anymore fool like going back to talk to them, we would kick him.
But here is what you do. tell your friend what is up, she should understand, she may laugh, but it is your friend laughing at you,and that is small price for a guy, cause a friend will forget.
I know it will be hard, teliing your friend that. For some reason or the other it will be hard, but try it.
ANd how did your friend respond to this? was she happy and sprang on oppurtunity, If she did not, that means she is not interested so it is free for you.
And what do I see of the whole thing?
I think #2 guy likes you more, the #1 guy is too busy being popular or something, that half smile gives it away. Guy #2 is showing more "common sense" signs of affection. He is not immature or anything. He is just un experienced in the field, but once you befriend him, he will be worth it.
Another point, two minutes?!? that is indeed no time at all. Anything less than fifteen minutes and nothing really person could be said. Plus it is easy to out up a front for two minutes. After about ten, they let down thier guard, and you get to know the true person.
I say just continue what you are doing with these guys. And not continue doing stupidness like asking your friend to let you hook her up. (I am still trying to see the logic behind this one)
I hope I said enough helpful stuff, cause this thing just has me completely lost.
Oh yeah, and whatever you do, Don't jump to any conclusions. Always just observe the field and see what is the next most logical step and whatever your possibilities may be.

I shaved my legs the other day and they were smooth and nothing was wrong. About an hour later, when i was at the pool, i noticed there was razor bump looking things on my legs.

So I have this friend I've had for a couple of years, and today we were in his room and he got a bit "touchy-feely" and kept asking for hugs and stuff. Usually he's not like this at all. Anyway, soon as I was about to leave he went to kiss me on the cheek.. and I kissed him on the lips.. not knowing he was just going for the cheeks. lol. We kissed for about 20 seconds, then I broke it off... and said goodbye and went home. Well I feel really weird about it now, partly because I enjoyed it and yet he's been a friend for a long time. I don't regret it though. But I'm the type of person who takes kissing someone pretty seriously.
I know this kind of thing is pretty common, and I shouldn't let it affect things between us. I don't really want a relationship right now. However.. not sure whether we should just let this go, put it behind us.. or whether we should do the whole "Friends with benefits" thing.

Yeah, I take kissing someone really seriously too. Again, I say, just observe the field, see what could happen, and see what will happen, and what new path that opens or closes. Then hang out with him for a day again, and see how that plays out on the big field again.
And if you don't want a relationship right now, don't tell him yet, only if he looks like he is getting too serious.
And hell ya, I bet it felt good. But try not to do anything like that again. and definately don't take it any further than kissing.
Or heck, I think I got the sense of what friends with Benefits means. heck, why not?

Ok, so I have always hated my highschool, and thought that everyone in it was a shallow dimwit! But I recently got advice to try to get to now some people, mingle & be social, and maybe Iäll start liking it more. Right, so I did. I started talking to these two guys, who are best friends, pretty popular and pretty much WANTED by every girl in school, but I just wanted to be friends, right..so I started talking to these guys for the first time yesterday, and it was just for 15 minutes, helping them study, but I felt an immediate attraction to both of them, one of them is outgoing, loud, charming..and oh so popular, and the other one is also pretty popular (because he's hott) but really shy, quite, and looks pretty insecure. Now, the thingh is the're both BEST FRIENDS, and I would never start flirting with two bff that could end up terrible! But I know I'm gonna start liking these guys, so I would like to decide WHICH ONE to like, and just go for him, flirt with him, instead of with both of them, because what if they both end up liking me..that could be terrible!! So how do you decide which one to like? And also, what would be hard is that they both like different type of girls, so its better to just focus on one of the guys..15/f thank you! (link)

you met them for 1 day, you need more time to make a decision. Just continue with your original plan, try being friends with both of them. Soon enough, you will see you prefer one over the other. This decision must come from within, not from a friend, especially since we don't know these guys.
And if they both like different types of girls, thats a good thing. Just remember to be yourself, that way the one who like YOU you can go for, you don't want someone to like you for someone who you are trying to be, otherwise you will go back to your original state of hating school. And maybe try to meet a third guy, one you know that all will happen is "just friends".
See what happens then ask us again in about a week or two.

hi, well im a fourteen year old guy, and well im kind of hairier than everyone else my age. well, i started to trim, using a trimmer, because my uncle told me that if i started to shave, then the hair would grow back faster, and that i should shave later on in life. when he showed me how to trim, he told me about an imaginary line, which you shouldnt trim beyond, becuase the hairs fall off naturally. he said it runs from the inner side of the side burn running through to under the lower lip. well the hair beyond that is getting long, and its even joining up to my eyebrows, so it looks like my face is covered in hair, except for the eyelids. also, there is hair above my eyebrows and on my forehead! so what is wrong with me? is that normal? please answer, ill rate 5's! Plus, it always makes you look fresh.
Yeah, it makes it grow faster and thicker, but once you make up your mind you will shave everyday or every other day, it will be the best decision you could make.
I suggest a Mach3 turbo, you don't need more than 3 blades. And a pack of single handheld razor blades for the final marking for that natural look.

My brother had always been a very popular, very colourful, very fun outspoken person..
But yesterday, he came home..and went straight to bed (if you knew my brother you'd know there's definitely something wrong!) So I went in to his room, and he was asleep, and you could see that his pillow was wet from crying. But i decided he needed to go through it on his own. It would go over. But today he came home and did the same exact thing, so I went in to his room, and asked him about it (and he know's he can trust me, we usually tell eachother everything!) (by the way, I'm 15/f he's 13/m) and he just said "nothing, I'm tired" bt I wouldn't let go, and kept asking, telling him whatever it is, I'm here for him, I love him, he can trust me..and so on, and he just started crying, but wouldn't tell me, so I stayed for an hour in his room, next to him, and he wouldn't stop crying! He just started crying more and more, until he lost his breath. I'M SO WORRIED!! We both jst ended up sitting there crying..and I don't klnow what it could be, he usually tells me about his friend-problems, gf-problems, and I already know about all the family problems (trust me, our family is the family from HELL) but idk, what could it be? Why do you think he suddenly won't tell me what's going on with his life? What can I do to help him? Or to get him to open up?

He made a mistake, what it is, I don't know. But the mistake is killing him, or made him realise something. He did something wrong.
And maybe he made a promise not to tell you. Or maybe he made a promise or has a secret, those stuff get to you too if you don't know how to handle them.
And maybe you just leave him for a while. That might work.
Or, it might be drugs, who knows?
Or maybe he joined the Heresy.
who knows, but I don't think he is in any physical harm. Its something mental!
