The only thing we can tell you is to go to the doctor. You can work out payment arrangements with the doctor. When they find out how serious your problems are I am sure they will help you right away.
Please stop trying to hurt yourself. You must get check right now. What if it is internal bleeding? You can't know without going to the doctor, so please stop asking questions here and go to the doctor.

A friend of mine's daughter had this happen. In her case it turned out to be a series of blood clots. I have no idea what is going on with you, but you really should have this checked out. In her case it got worse and worse for a while, then it started hurting less... that is when it almost killed her.
Please be safe, and get this checked out.

To the right of the "folders" button on your menu bar, there is an icon that looks like a mini-page of thumbnails. It has a drop-down arrow beside it. Click that arrow and pick the folder view that you want.

It is a miracle that you are still alive. I know you are worried about money, but you should go to the doctor anyway.
Perhaps it is a good idea for you to see a counselor who can help you overcome these desires to end your life. Everyone is important. Your life is important and you are worth saving.

Sometimes I can feel a pulse in my abdomen, not hard but just there, (not pregnant) and I thought it was normal until I looked online and saw that it's a symptom of an AAA which I forget how to spell. Anyway it scared the living crap out of me as I fear surgery. Are there other symptoms I should look out for? I know it's more of an elderly thing but I'm paranoid sometimes. Is it normal? Thank you! This may be nothing... and it may be very serious. Sadly, nobody here can do much to help you know which it is.
I would go and have this checked out immediately. If it is nothing, then you have piece of mind. If it is serious, you may save your life by going in sooner than later.
Remember: One of the things you always hear about AAA patients is that they didn't take it seriously until it was too late. Don't be that person.

So it's been a month now since I broke up with my ex bf. I have a new bf and he sees pictures of me and my ex on his facebook all the time ...it kinda bothers him...no wait it really bothers him and he asked me why my ex has those pictures up still and I told him I don't know. Well last night my ex text me about something I don't remember and I asked him to put the pictures down. He told me that he wouldn't and I quote "I don't care for your relationsips these are my pictures and I want to remember what we had" I don't care what he does in his private home but I just don't want to see pictures of us on facebook like it doesn't look cool. I don't know why he's acting like this, what can I do to have him at least put them in a private file or something?

As I recall, your situation goes like this:
You went on a "break" with your ex.
You immediately started dating another guy you knew from your childhood.
Your now ex said he would fight to get you back if you still loved him.
You gave him mixed messages, and posted several questions here asking complete strangers on the internet to tell you which heart to break.
Paid users can see past questions, but not the name or any identifying info on the account that asked them, so I went and read up on the story.
You have to remember something here. You dumped the guy, presumably after stringing him a long for a while. Now you want to tell him what to do with his life? Can you see where this is no longer any of your business?
I am amazed he still talks to you at all. He must have really loved you. Just remember, when the new guy breaks your heart, that this guy really did love you.
That is the way this usually goes. You think things will be better elsewhere, you find out it isn't true... and by then it is too late.
In the mean time, let him grieve. If the photos are part of his healing process, then let him heal in his own way. When he is done, he can be through with you forever.
I hope this works out well for you, but I do ask you one small favor:
No matter what happens, or how badly your new relationship ends... please leave your ex alone. Let him live a long happy life without you. Maybe when his heart heals he will find someone that actually cares about him.

Anyone have experience converting to the new FireFox 4 browser? I remember how "interesting" thing were when FireFox 3 first came out.
Should I upgrade now? Are the bugs worked out? Should I wait for a few minor releases first?

Should I upgrade to FireFox 4? I was just asking myself that very question. I use other browsers for most things, but I have a few FireFox ONLY plugins that I really need. The thing that was holding me up was not knowing for sure if they will keep working.
I spent a little time researching something I heard of in passing once, and sure enough, there is a way to at least TRY add-ons that aren't specifically certified to work with the current version.
Type "about:config" (without quotes) into your location bar. Create a new boolean value called: extensions.checkCompatibility and make sure you set it to false.
This may completely mess up your FF4 installation, or, as in my case, everything works exactly fine. There are add-ons that stopped working versions ago, which now work just fine again for me. How interesting is that?
I would like to thank the previous columnist for suggestion MOZBackup. I had forgotten about it completely, but am now using it again, thanks to them. I suggest it. Not just for upgrades, either.

I'm M/15. My poop is normal and my stomach isn't hurting as I type. BUT for the last few days it hurts when I lay or move in certain ways. It doesn't really hurt it just feels funny. In gym I ran a lap & got a cramp there. I also twisted to the right really quick while playing Bad Minton. It's at like the lower middle right. What is this, how can I stop it? (link)

Friendly piece of advice: Go have your gallbladder checked out. I just went through this, and am still recovering from it.
It is better the earlier you catch it.
I am not a doctor, and I am not saying that is certainly what it is, but it is in EXACTLY the right place from your description.
It is no big deal to have this checked out, so go ahead and get someone to look at it. If it isn't that, you will find out what it is for sure.

All the places I have lived, they only charge if they end up taking you to the hospital. Where you live may be different.
My advice is to call 911 if you are worried about your health. In my personal experience, waiting only makes things worse.

Since yesterday after my dinner, I've been having sharp pains going up my spine, followed by more pain in my stomach, giving me breathing problems. Last night, the pain was so bad that every time I did move, it woke me up immediately and I was cringing. I also had difficulty using the bathroom. I was given stool softener to see if it would help, but it hasn't. I can't tell when I have to use the bathroom either because of the pain and I was just able to urinate a couple hours ago for the first time since yesterday without there being pain. I have no idea what's going on. All I ate yesterday was two regular coffees, a simple sandwich at Jimmy John's, a Southern Style and BigMac with fries at McDonalds. Today all I was able to eat was carrots and strawberries before I got sick to my stomach even more. My stomach is also making weird noises constantly. I don't know if helps, but I've also been having an irregular period, lots of spotting, and very heavy for eight days when I actually do have it.
The pain is getting so bad that I'm limping and having problems getting comfortable as every position makes me feel like my lungs are crushed, my stomach gets even more upset, and my bladder area. Any ideas of what's going on? (link)

This is something you should take very seriously. I wouldn't wait another minute. If you can't arrange someone to take you to the ER, then you should call 911 and have an ambulance sent out to get you.
I am NOT a doctor, so all I can tell you is that I recently I had several of your symptoms, and ended up having a very angry gallbladder removed.
Don't wait any longer. Get help now.
