I've always used baking soda. I'd brush my teeth with regular toothpaste, then after, I'd brush them with a little bit of baking soda and salt. -- You just put 1/4 of salt in a little bottle, then the rest is baking soda. It works really well and your teeth will start to become really white. ♥

This is nothing to worry about. Your friend is fine; 100% fine, for that matter. In order for anything to go wrong, the sperm would have had to enter the vagina. And since that didn't happen, your friend is perfectly okay. ♥

I realy realy need some help. My friend has been cutting herself, and i don't know what to do to help stop her. She did stop, when she was dating this guy, she said "he made me feel beautful". You're going to have to try to talk to your friend about this, again. I know you tried before and it isn't working. But, don't give up. Keep trying until it does work. Let her know that you care about her and you don't want anything bad happening to her. Explain to her how great of a person she is and how beautiful she is. Tell her nice things (but mean it) so, maybe, she'll feel better about herself. Explain to her that you're there for her no matter what. And if she ever wants to talk or needs someone to lean on, you'll be there for her. I think you should also add that she is beautiful and she doesn't need a guy to feel beautiful. Every girl is beautiful, in their own way. She just has to learn to love herself.


I think you should do something special for her, though. You should make a list of 50 reason 'why you don't want her cutting', 'why she's such a wonderful person', or 'why you don't want her to die.' Something like that will cheer someone up, I'm sure and it'll help with a lot of thoughts she may be having. You could be saving her, just by something simple like this. It'll show just how much you do really care. ♥

My sister had her nose done; until she took it out because the person did it wrong. Make sure that where you're going is a place that is well known for GREAT piercings. My sister said it didn't hurt all that bad, actually. Just for a second, but then the pain was over. ♥

Ok, well here is my problem. There is this kid Matt in my school, and I like him a whole lot. Probably the only girl at school that does like him but I do. People always ask me what I see him and I can't answer that question but I see something and I know what but I just can't explain it. I just like him. Sue me. Matt is really nice to me when me and him are talking alone, like yesterday we ran the mile in school for P.E. and he ran with me the whole time, and we talked alot but I didn't tell him anything about liking him because I had asked him before if he liked me and he said no so I dropped it but didn't move on. When Matt is around his friends he acts really different. He is rude and really obnoxious and it makes me really mad because he is such a nice guy without them. Matt told me one time when I asked him if he liked me or not that he doesn't but that is not what most people who know I like him say. In history class he sits behind me and pokes me and always tries to get my attention. I must admit I like it but I hate being confused about him liking me or not. I have a great boyfriend now and he makes me really happy. I am kind of getting over Matt, or trying to anyway but it is not working. My boyfriend knows I like Matt because I am honest with him and I told him. My question is to you, what should I do about Matt?

I think you should decide who you really want; your current boyfriend or Matt. You have to pick someone. This isn't fair to your boyfriend, since you're crushing on this Matt guy, y'know? I'm sure he's pretty hurt by this; wouldn't you be if you were him? You have to think about his feelings, too. If you really like this Matt boy more then your boyfriend, I suggest breaking up with him. The longer you're with your boyfriend and liking Matt, the longer you're hurting the guy you're with. So, that's something you need to do. You need to find out who you like more. If its worth breaking up with your boyfriend for Matt. If Matt even truly likes you.


It seems like Matt is a really sweet guy, however, he isn't while friends are around. A lot of guys are like this. They want to act like the 'big cool, not give a care in the world for this girl' type of guy. That's just how some are. Sad, but true. I think you should try to find out if Matt likes you. Ask around. Ask his friends. Better yet, ask him, again. What could one more time do? Go for it. If he says no, then just stay with your boyfriend. If he says yes, put a lot of thought into it. Don't just break up with your boyfriend because he likes you. Actually think this through. Because Matt and you could end up breaking up and you'll realize it was a big mistake dumping your current boyfriend. So, make sure you do a lot of thinking.


My suggestion to all this, would be to make a pro and con about both boys. See which guy has more good things about him. It'll help you out with your decision. Good luck, sweetie. ♥

Okay, first thing is first. A first with someone should always be special. So, I think it would be better to kiss him while you're both alone with one another. Not in public, because that would be uncomfortable, especially if it's the first kiss.


While you're on the bus with him. You should ask him for his email (or any AIM name, etc; if you don't have it already) and/or his phone number. This way you'll be able to get closer with one another. You could ask him if he'd like to come over one day to hangout. Once you guys are seeing eachother more often, then I think you should tell him you like him; either in person, email or the phone. All are great. Just explain to him how amazing he is and how much you like him. Just tell him everything that's in your heart. Spill it.
