You can set up wifi in your house by buying a wireless router. I recommend the linksys WRT45GL, or similar.
I've not used the DS web browser, though I imagine that it sucks. Most non-PC browsers do.

everytime i try to download something off of download.com it downloads but when i go to run the program it says files are corrupted. why is it saying that?
That means the file didn't download properly. It only downloaded part of it. If you are using a dial-up connection, this is to be expected. If you are using a non-standard browser such as AOL explorer, that can also be the cause.
I recommend you download Free Download Manager:

It will download things properly, unless your Internet connection really sucks horribly.
If you are unable to download Free Download Manager because of this problem, get a friend to put it on a CD for you.

so, this is kinda a stupid question, but what would happen if you drank an entire bottle of niquil?
One bottle would probably not kill you outright, but it will do some liver damage. You may have to go to a hospital. You will probably pass out. It'll take 5 years or more off your life.
Two bottles will definitely kill you, One and a half probably will. Dying of Nyquil overdose would be extremely painful. It's a drawn out death that lasts weeks.
If you also took the counter-drug to acetaminophen, acetylcysteine, then you could probably take a bottle without too many ill-effects. Though it definitely wouldn't be healthy.

I know this is suuuupppperrr weird, but I was thinking last night, I'm from canada and we pronounce the letter z "zed" and in America, they pronounce it "zee" so it got me wondering, how do they pronounce the letter in other places that use the english alphabet like Australia and the UK. If you're from there (or somewhere else that uses the english alphabet)let me know how you pronounce it.

If a local dialect is derived from American English, they will say zee. If the local dialect is derived from British English, they will say zed.
In Australia they probably say zed, since that was a British colony.

i have a laptop, and the settings are set so that NOTHING ever happens.. like after x minutes, it doesn't go on standby or shut down or the monitor doesn't turn off. except, when i close the lid of my laptop for a few hours, it automatically goes on standby. and i know it's on standby and not shut off because there's a little green light on my laptop that is still on when i open the screen and it makes regular laptop noises that it doesn't make when it's shut off. even if i move the mouse or press keys, the monitor doesn't turn back on, and i have to hold down the power button to shut it off and restart it.. EVERY TIME. and that's really bad for my laptop cause you're supposed to go to start -> shutdown. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE OFFER SOME ADVICE on how to fix this? i can't just leave the lid up all the time. i like keep it down when i'm away from the computer, but when i come back to it, i want all my windows still open like i left it.

Go to start, run. Type:
regedit
Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services
Click "services" so that it is selected. Then go to edit, new, key. Name the key "usb", without quotes. Select the newly-created "usb" key and go to edit, new, DWORD. Name the new DWORD "USBBIOSx", without quotes, case-sensitive. Restart your computer. The power managment tab should now appear using the method described below.
If the above method does not work, I recommend you remove the key and DWORD you just created, since it could cause trouble. Then try the other tips I gave. If those don't work:

Go to start, run. Type:
devmgmt.msc
In the window that comes up, expand "keyboards". Follow this procedure for each item in the "keyboards" catagory:
-Double-click the item.
-Go to the "power management" tab
-Check the box labeled "Allow this device to bring the computer out of standby"
-Click ok
This should take effect after you restart the computer. Then, when you press any key on the keyboard, it should bring your computer out of standby.
If that doesn't work, try pressing the power button once, very quickly. Also check to see if there is a standby button near the keyboard; it has a crescent moon symbol. Pressing the small button the top half of the laptop hits when closed may also bring it out of standby; that button sometimes sticks.
If none of that works, contact the manufacturer. That isn't normal behavior.

I took German, and I really regret it. If I could, I would choose Latin. It's much more interesting, since it includes history, and it allows you to read old documents. Scientific classification is also based on latin.
In my experience schools do a really bad job at teaching languages, though, so don't expect to learn anything.

Facebook admins are paid professionals. Their full-time job is to administrate facebook.
They mostly answer support emails. When they get a complaint they check it out and take appropriate action. They are able to see everything, including honesty box senders. They can block and ban people.
They are bound by contract not to reveal any private information, so don't worry about that.

I have an HP Deskjet 3650 colour printer. It always worked fine up until recently when it started printing things in the wrong colour. It will either print the first section of a picture correctly then switch to a pink tinge or it will be completely wrong. It is hooked up to two computers and the problem is the same with both. Word documents without any colour still print properly. To my knowledge, the ink cartridge is not due to be changed. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be and how it could be solved?
The cyan(and possibly yellow) ink cartridge is empty, or something is wrong with the printer itself. It isn't a problem with your computers. If replacing the cartridges doesn't work, the only thing you do is contact the manufacturer.

Hey,
I live in manitoba, in canada, and its freezing here right now. Last week I was outside without a hat on and my ear got really red, and hurt alittle, but it stopped hurting after about twenty minutes. I was alittle worried about frostbite, so I started wearing my hat. Today it was super cold (-45C, I dont know what that is in F sorry :P) and I think that even though I was wearing my hat, I got frostbite. Last time the soreness went away right away, but its been about nine hours since I went out and it still hurts when I touch it. I know its not severe, but is there anything I should be doing to treat it, or will it heal itself?

is called a minijack cable/port. A cord which extends it is called a "minijack extender" or "minijack extension cord".
If your computer uses some other type of cord for this, then it is probably proprietary and you'll need to contact the manufacturer.

1. They *could*, but won't. Appearance matters too much to voters.
2. They will come in the order of black, woman, jewish. Blacks had rights before women, and are currently taken more seriously. There is a large and *increasing* prejudice against jews, they won't have a chance for a long time.
The democratic nominee will be either black or a woman. Obama vs. Ron Paul will be a close race, probably with a win by Obama. Obama vs. anyone else will probably result in an Obama win. Hillary vs. Ron Paul will be a Paul victory. Hillary vs. McCain will be close, probably with a McCain victory. Hillary vs. anyone else will be a win for Hillary.
The democrats have a good chance of winning, and Obama will probably be the nominee. This correlates with my previous statement.
The most fun election pairup would be Obama vs. Paul. They both have huge grassroots support, and they're both pretty good candidates. The most likely pairup will be Obama vs. McCain; McCain will surely lose there. McCain has horrible economic policies, so that will not be a loss. The worst pairup in my opinion would be Hillary vs. Huckabee; a losing situation for everyone. Hillary would ruin the economy, continue the war, and dig a giant hole of debt. Huckabee would turn us into a totalitarian Jesusland(though his economic policies aren't bad). In that situation I'd probably have to support Huckabee, and hope that the democrat-controlled congress would counter-balance any of the stupid neocon stuff he does.

How do I put my DVD's on my Ipod without downloading something with any virus'. Also is there a certain type of file ( like .mpg, .mpeg. avi) that works on Ipod Nano the 3rd generation because I download stuff but it never goes onto it. thanks
First use a dvd ripper to rip to any format, such as MPEG4:
None of the first ten results have viruses. All of the first five should work.
Then use mediacoder to put it on your ipod:

First specify an output location(which can not be the same as input), then click "extensions", then click "apple ipod", and then click start. The file it produces should work.
If that doesn't work, then try converting it to h.264 with mediacoder. Your ipod might accept that. If that doesn't work, try:
All ipods use .mp4 encoded in h.264 with AAC audio. However, I think they need to be in a specific size to work on it.
I'm not an expert on this. If none of the above stuff works, ask on yahoo answers or something.

I really hope someone can help me! I was trying to do an overhaul on my computer & it is asking me for the product key! It is supposed to be on the certificate I got with the computer. There may be a sticker on the back of your computer with a barcode. The number under the barcode is your key.
If you don't have a sticker, you can bypass this with a keygen or an activation and WGA disabler:
Be careful on those sites. Keygen sites especially are notorious for having tons of malware. I can't link you to a working keygen directly because of legal issues.
If all else fails, many versions of Windows on P2P networks such as bittorrent come with a working key. You will have to install the Windows version that comes with the key.

In the US there is a law called the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act(COPPA). This prevents sites from accepting personal information from people under 13 without written permission from their parents. Anyone under 13 would need to fax or snail mail a signed permission note from their parents. You can't use email for this, unless emailing a scanned note.
Most sites don't want to deal with incoming faxes and letters from parents, so they don't allow even that. I don't think there is any site like Advicenators that will allow questions from under-13-year-olds.

Not exactly. Here is how you do something similar in CSS, which would work in Myspace if you modified it correctly:

That prevents them from saving/copying your images. If they try, they will actually be saving/copying a blank image, which is covering the larger image.
That is the best you can do. There is no way to prevent right clicking on your entire Myspace, nor is there any way to make any kind of popup box. Also, no kind of right-click prevention actually stops them from doing whatever they want. It just makes it slightly harder and more annoying. Any time I encounter right-click prevention, I take all of the images on that page and post them publicly on bayimg, because I absolutely hate right-click prevention.
I will not modify the above CSS to work in Myspace because right-click prevention is incredibly annoying, you have only rated 1 out of 98 answers, and it would take a long time to modify it. Do it yourself if you care so much.

Hello all! I'm actually an Advicentator (Nova) but I figured I'd get your opinions on this. Recently Stephenville Texas was in the news. Folks there claiming to have witnessed a UFO.
