Does anyone know a advice site for kids? My sister needs alot of advice that i cant answer, she is 10 so she cant come on Advicenators! Anyone that knows a site thank you so so much.

This prevents sites from accepting personal information from people under 13 without written permission from their parents. Anyone under 13 would need to fax or snail mail a signed permission note from their parents. You can't use email for this, unless emailing a scanned note.
Most sites don't want to deal with incoming faxes and letters from parents, so they don't allow even that. I don't think there is any site like Advicenators that will allow questions from under-13-year-olds.
A lot of forums will accept parents' notes from people under 13. Try:
