ok usually my perios is about 4 or 5 days long .. but last week i got it on wednesday (the 20th) and its still here! heavy as it was when i first got it.. i just want to know.. is this normal? also last month wasnt heavy.. like at all.. i rate high

Yes its normal..i get that alot. Im not sure but im pretty sure that it depnds on how active you are..like if your out doing alot of things it tends to get lighter..the heavier it is the more pains you get , the less active you get..if you have stomach pains use a hot water bottle an some pamprin it works well for me..its normal..i ususally get every other month like that..

Try singing in front of a bunch of friends an when u get comphortable with that go to karoke things to try singing..as soon as ur ready for that..try doing birthday parties and weddings it will help you

it is bad for you, but its not as bad if you wear sunscreen..tanning beds are just as bad as being outside..just wear sunscreen if you get burnt wait a couple days before u go back so u dont get skin cancer

I'm 18 and I was supposed to get my period on the 20th. I've had my period for 3+ years, and its been very regular (ALWAYS early or on time.) I just got on birth control and since my period has been late, they gave me a shot so my period would start right away (so I could start taking the pill.) Well it's been more than 2 days, and I still havent gotten it. I'm not sexually active or anything, so pregnancy is out of the question. I know it's suppose to be irregular the first couple years, but I've had it longer. Should I be worried?
Dont be worried... when you first get in birth control it takes a couple months to get your peroid regular again..when i first got on it it took me like 3 months to finaly get a regular peroid
Can I still go to the gyno for my first check up if I have my period?
Yes, but i wouldnt recomend it.. you will prolly feel more uncomphortable if you are on your peroid.
i'm currently using the depo-provera needle as a form of birth control but i'm switching to the Evra patch in August. I was just wondering, if you or someone you know, uses it and what are the most common side effects. any info you can give about this patch would be really helpfull!
Im on the patch an have almost been on it for a year.. I didnt really have any real bad sie effects i mean i slept alot the first month an i had an iregular peroid the first month an migraines thats it..Ask your doctor what some side effects are

Yes its normal..Guys do like big breast so you have an advantage of many other girls that it takes for ever to get boobs. Dont be afraid to show them off in tight shirts an so on, you have em you look good in them dont be ashamed..some girls would die for them. if you dont like them try wearing an undershirt, tank top thing over your bra an under a really tight shirt that should hold them in a little bit

You could be but thats a un likely chance i mean your still young your peroid could be just not regulated yet. Some signs are vomiting, smelling unusal things an smelling everything, stomach pains, moodiness, cramps..those are just some there are alot more.

I use the tooth paste colgate whitening expressions with a vaniella flavor it works for me..they also have diff flavors. Or simply white for your teeth.

the nair bladeless shaving kit does not work.. i mean yeah it works but it lasts just as long as regular shaving does an it just takes more time to remove the hair i would not reccomend it.. try the wax i havent tried it yet but i heard it works wonders!

You a black eye liner on the top and bottom of your lids..smudge it in a little bit on the top and on the sides..then take a black eye shadow and aply a little at a time.( the more u rub it in the more grayish it looks).an keep adding more till u get the look you want

You can go to a debs or delias they have good deals on clothes.. even every now and then wal mart has some good tops. Fashion bug is good also..try to keep your style simple but let it represnt you also.. For example i love bright colors.. so one day id wear a bear of blue jeans a pink sparkle belt, an a cute black top..with a hand bag an prolly a cheap pair of comphortable shoes..to make your hair grow try getting it trimmed every 5 weeks it takes the dead off the ends an makes it grow faster.

Well you could buy g2b damaged hair control conditioner..you leave it in for 10 minutes an then rinse it out. Then blow dry it streight hold the blow dryer up over your head instead of just normal blow drying...then use a revlon streitner its gold and white..its about 20$ an it works really good. it also gets away frizziness..If this doenst work then go to your salon an ask for a streightning perm..that will deff. work.
