im not exactly the preppy girl but i want to wear pretty clothes and have pretty makeup and nice hair. i have brown hair and brown eyes. my hair is above my shoulders and i wish it would grow. how can i make my hair grow? do u have any makeup tips for me? what kinda clothes are great but not too expensive?

hair above the shoulder is still beautiful, i'd say straighten it, and get it layered and angled around your face (to frame it). Go to your local CVS, Eckerd, K-MArt, Wal-mart, etc... and look for neutral toned eye shadow, greens, grays, browns, beiges.. etc, they should go well with your eyes and hair. Also wear mascara and eye liner. As for clothing if you're willing to pay $20 for a cute shirt and $40 for jeans Hollister and Abercrombie are great. Some less expensive (but high end AND Cute!) are aeropostale, kohls, forever 21, 5.7.9, target, and department stores, PM me with any other fashion related questions!

depending on where you live might determine if these stores are in your area.. forever 21, mandee, khols, department stores all sell cute clothes for not alot of money. for your make up, i have an obsession with eyeliner..i love it. you should try that or mascara or eye shadows that coordinate with your clothes.. then theres lip gloss, guys like it wen it tastes good, lol.. um your hair, if its above your shoulders i would say straighten it or wear it some pulled back and the rest down straight or curly. if you have any other questions let me know. hope i helped

You can go to a debs or delias they have good deals on clothes.. even every now and then wal mart has some good tops. Fashion bug is good also..try to keep your style simple but let it represnt you also.. For example i love bright colors.. so one day id wear a bear of blue jeans a pink sparkle belt, an a cute black top..with a hand bag an prolly a cheap pair of comphortable shoes..to make your hair grow try getting it trimmed every 5 weeks it takes the dead off the ends an makes it grow faster.

I don*t really know how you can make your hair grow but i have a couple tips for clothes and makeup. For clothing stores i suggest Wet seal, forever 21, delia's, gadzooks, pac sun, aeropostale, and places like nordstrom,dillards,jones store,macys etc. A little more expensive however are abercrombie and fitch, american eagle, and hollister. I love allll those places and i think you will too. For make up i suggest dark brown//black eye liner and mascara. A little bit of eyeshadow prolly sumthing natural looking with sum shimmer and a nude//pinkish lip gloss. Also try a tinted liquid foundation and a translucent powder to make your skin look almost flawless. And a LITTLE bit of bronzer or blush. good luck hun n hope i helped,xoxo chelsea

Forever 21 and Wet Seal have really cute clothes and accessories! At Forever 21 the clothes are really great and unique but really cheap at the same time. Whatever you do just dont over do your makeup because girls with TONS of make up look gross in my opinion. A light brown mocha eyeliner with shimmery eye shadow and rosy pink blush are always cute. With girls that have dark eyes bright eyeliners like blue or pink coordinate with outfits and look really pretty on fair skin.

You can get some great clothes from Forever 21, Kohl's, Charlotte Russe, and just keep looking out for sales at some of the really popular stores. my friend got a really cute shirt at Hollister the other day for $8. As far as make up, use powder, dark brown eyeliner, mascara, and maybe some natural colored eyeshadow. It looks very natural, but enhances your features :) I don't know any good tricks to make hair grow faster...you just have to wait it out I guess. But you can always scrunch it, always a very cute look. Just buy scrunching gel and when your hair is semi wet, put in the gel and scrunch it with your hands every so often until its dry. Then spray it with some hair spray. Hope I helped :)

Right now the vintage style is in. Its preppy still but very adorable. Kinda like what Nicole Richie, Hilary Duff wear. Bold necklaces. American Eagle has a lot of cute stuff && its not that expensive. If you go to Marshalls or Tj Max.. or a department store you will find good things. I dont know anything that would make your hair grow faster but you just have to keep it healthy.
