Hi can anyone help, I'm 26 yr old male and generally my complexion is ok, a few random minor zits but nothing terrible. However I have 2 reoccuring super spots. They flare up about every 2/3 months in exactly the same place (either side of my chin) and always both together. They start off as hard, sore, lumps under the skin and over a few days they become enflamed and red. Unlike other spots they don't eventually get a 'head' they just eventually die off, usually after 7 - 10 days. I wash with an antibacterial wash twice daily and use 'quinoderm' cream which is effective on most of my smaller spots.

Any ideas would be very gratefully received?

30 squats
i jog and play football in gym and we do warm ups
i take walks after dinner
(( i do 30 sit ups and squats after each meal ))

ok you need to walk/ jog for a hr every day. get work out videos and do those too, also eat breakfast and you need to eat lunch even if its a apple which i might add are the best!!!!!! dont drink soda of any kinda only water and milk oh yeah and dont eat white bread chose whole grans wich isnt bad tasting at all. ohh maybe if you like yogert and time is a problem in the morning then take a yogert on the way to school. ok well me and cheri got all excited and we are going to go do some exercise videos

Ok my ex is stopping me from having a bf...

His friends like me and they wanna go out w/me, but they couldn't do that 2 him. well if you know this girl and you see her on a basis then that can be a problem. i sudgest you ask her what her problem is. as for the dress, if you had gotten it anywas you might want to go get it dri cleaned. But if this is a girl you probly wont see ever again no that not everyone is like her and forgive and forget there is nothign harder then being mad at someone + it doesnt do wonders for your character...

Well unless you have parents that can buy you the best of everything and you are verry smart and funny you might have a hard time acomplishing that...if having more friends is something you want then be nice to evryone and everyone but if you want everyone to know who you are then you could go about that in 2 different ways...the good way because of your greatness and then there is the bad way in which its because you are a fowl creature haha anywho really i would like to think being you is good enough but apparently not sorry sweety.

I recently had sex for the first time (about a month ago) and since then I've needed to pee an unusual amount. And when I do pee, it can really hurt. I now have trouble controlling when I need to pee too. Like, the second I get home from school I have to run to the toilet or I'll like pee myself. It's so embarrassing. The other night I even peed while in bed and got really freaked out. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME?!
