` ok im startin a diet tomorrow and my goal is to lose 100 pounds by next school year! how long would it take if i do all this..and do u think its a good idea/goal and what else can i do.
30 sit ups
30 squats
i jog and play football in gym and we do warm ups
i take walks after dinner
(( i do 30 sit ups and squats after each meal ))
- i dont eat pasta/noodles
what else can i do that might help me??
oh and i dont eat lunch and i drink diet pop and water.

ok you need to walk/ jog for a hr every day. get work out videos and do those too, also eat breakfast and you need to eat lunch even if its a apple which i might add are the best!!!!!! dont drink soda of any kinda only water and milk oh yeah and dont eat white bread chose whole grans wich isnt bad tasting at all. ohh maybe if you like yogert and time is a problem in the morning then take a yogert on the way to school. ok well me and cheri got all excited and we are going to go do some exercise videos

I know that if you drink water like 3O minutes before your next meal, it helps you not eat so much, so maybe try that. ]
With your squats, sit-ups, and PE regime I think it will work fine! Just make sure that your walks after dinner are at least half an hour.
As for dieting just make sure you eat a little bit of everything. If this isn't structured enough here's what you can do: Eat 4 servings of grains, 2 of fruit, 2 of vegetables, 2 dairy, and 2 protein. (For example, you could have cereal w/ milk and a piece of fruit for breakfast; a sandwich with cold cuts and carrots for lunch; and for dinner you could have some kind of meat with a roll, salad, a glass of milk and fruit for desert). Drink lots of water and try to stay away from candy, chips, cookies, and especially soda. Taking soda out of your diet will help you get in shape soooooo much faster! One last thing: don't skip any meals!!!!! This actually makes you gain weight. ]
lose the diet pop first of all second of all try to get into as many sports as you can and drink or eat only things with less than 30 calories from fat ]
what's wrong with pasta?? carbs? carbs are great. you should eat carbs since you are jogging and playing football. carbs are just energy needing to be burned off. they don't make you fat. however, if you are lazy and don't excercise then the carbs will turn to sugar and be stored as that. its stupid how ppl say carbs are the things that make you fat. they don't. fat makes you fat. if you cut out fat, eat carbs, and excercise you'll be fine. the only reason ppl get fat and say its due to carbs is b/c they eat fatty food as well as carbs and don't excecise, therefore the carbs aren't burned off and they already got the fat, so essentially, they are doubling up. OK enough of my lecture. Drink plain old water all the time, juice if you want, and milk. (nutrients and stufF) don't drink diet Soda. why would you want that? all it is, is empty calories, no nutrients, and mess up your mouth. if you really want to lose 100lbs next school year, you might want to increase how long you do each excercise. ]
Okay, well, to lose weight, you really want to focus on cardiovascular workout for about 20 minutes a day, three times a week. Or, you could go for everyday, if you want. Sit ups and squats are more for muscle building, and will only make you heavier, because the more muscle is heavier than fat. Running first thing in the morning before breakfast is also good. If you get the Playstation 2 game Dance Dance Revolution, it has a calorie burning part to it and it's a lot of fun. Don't skip meals, either, because that's not healthy. Instead, change what and the amount you eat. Be sure to eat lots of vegetables and fruits and some grains because carbohydrates give you lots of energy. The proteins that come from meat not only solidify at a temperature close to your own body temperature (which is what causes artery clogging) it's also fuel that is quickly used up, leaving you sluggish and tired.
So, to sum it up, cardiovascular workouts, and healthy, smaller meals and you should be good.
Also, it's not very healthy to lose any more than about 2-3 pounds a week. Slow but steady is the way to go. ]
well i think you shouldnt skip lunch and you should try and cut out deserts and pop because even though it is diet pop it will still increase your sugar intake. eating pasta and noodles is a good idea because they have lots of starch in them. you need to eat more fruits and veggies. and doing all that excersise will help you gain muscle. i think 100 pounds is alot to lose but if you wieigh more than 200 lbs then i think it would be ok. but if you want to weigh 70 lbs then that is not such a good idea. hope this helps!!! good luck!!:) ]
dont skip lunch it screws up ur metabolism...because if u skip a meal ur body doesnt know when youll eat again so it stores the next meal u eat. for lunch i suggest
an orange
cashews
apple juice/milk
salad w/ no dressing ]
u need to eat lunch! just take like a salad and fat free dressing! and cut out the pop ! lots of calories! jsut juice and water ]
Everything seems right that you are going to do in your diet! If you eat 4-6 small meals a day, it'll increase your metabolism, making you burn more fat. Try not to skip any meals! Increase the number of squats an sit ups over time! Also, try jogging sometimes too! Hope I helped and good luck with this diet that I know will give you great results!! :) ]
eat salads, run 2 miles everyday go biking 3 miles, eat fruits, veggies, and ALITTLE meat..like..1 long peice of chicken or w.e... eat fruit at lunch too it helps u lose more weight hope i helped!

if you eat 6 small meals a day you will lose more weight because it boosts your metabolism. increase the sit ups and squats over time, maybe boost it 10 a month. ]

Hey! You should eat 3 meals skipping a meal will slow your metabolism down. Your doing pretty good just cut the junk food: brownies cakes etc. ]
