Height
I didn't know what category to put this is... but what are your opinions on tall girls.. I am 13 and 5"8" do u think thats weird cuz im starting to feel self consious but every1 is sayin its good cuz i can be a model.. any thought? think boys will like me or be intimdated?

It's a little tall...but not really really really tall. It's not weird..I have like 3 frieds (*they're 14 now) that are 5'8" and were that height when they were 13. If you think modeling would be fun...then you should do it!! Guys like models...and I don't think they're intimadated by tall girls unless they're really short. You'll probably stop growing soon. I dn..like usually people stop when they're teenagers. I haven't grown at all in the past year and I'm 5'1" so I reallly reallly hope I do...but I don't think I will =( I have to look up to talk to my friends! I don't think theres a way to tell...but you'll probably be around the same height as your parents..(*you might be shorter..but you probably won't be too much taller) soo..don't worry...being tall isn't bad and you might just be a fast grower and other people will eventually grow too!

My 13 year old sister is 5'8, and my best friend is 5'9, and neither one of them have trouble finding guys. I have no doubt that guys will be "intimidated" but the ones that are aren't worth your time anyway. Eventually, everyone will catch up with you, promise. Guy's WILL be over 5'8. So, it's good to be tall.

i can definently relate. im 5'9" and im 13. i felt self consious for a little while too but ya its true u could be a model. 120 lbs. is good 4 ur height. guys wont be intimidated 4 long. they will soon start their growth spurts. u will stop growing pretty soon i think. in a couple of years. hope i helped ya!

yeah im 15 and 5'10... boys are definitly intimidated by tall girls. But you'll start to like it as u grow older. As for modeling... not all tall girls can. You say u have a pretty face which is a plus for modeling and a B cup is definitly the average. 120 pounds is considered very thin for your height! Girls usually stop growing completley (with height) 2 years after there first period. Hope i helped!

OMG I AM THE SAME WAY!! i am also 13 and 5 8. Hun i kno exactly how you feel i can relate soo well! i feel like boys dont like me cuz my height.hun dont worry u cant help that ur tall and i bet u will learn to appreciate it cuz my friends always tell me i will b a model 2. But anywayz just wait all the hott older guys will like u and ur friends will b jealous. So dont worry u will probally have good luck wit boys.

Nah, you're fine. Everybody is a different height. The guys are short now, but they'll get taller later! Well..most of them will, lol. Being tall has it's advantages, such as sports, <i>and</i> modeling! Being short also has its advantages. So don't worry about it! Nobody is saying anything bad about you, so why worry? Good luck..

Hun, dont think anything of height, unless ur gonna play basketball, lol. Dont even bother with the model thing cuz u gotta b like a size 2 and have a huge chest as far as i know. Im 5'8" too, boys wont care, most of em prolly gonna b the same height as you. Oh yeah, one more benifit, you dont get creepy guys staring down ur shirt, alot of em are too short to even be at boob level! haha, hope i helped.

You're only 13 so I assume you're in Middle school or 9th grade. Guys your age, most of them are probably shorter than you right now. They might be itimidated right now, but they will shoot up in growth pretty soon. Plus, you're only 13. Don't worry too much over guys right now. It's not bad. Being tall is a good thing. You can play good sports, get a scholarship even. Nothing wrong with it. Be proud. Yes, you could be a model. Your height could get you somewhere awesome in life. Don't sweat it, embrace it. I'm 13 and only 5 feet and wish I was taller. You're lucky, lol.

i know how you feel! I'm 13 nd 5'7. It does kinda suck, but the boys will catch up to you. All the girls are short in my grade and they have boyfriends. But they should catch up yo you. Tall is a pretty thing, even though it may not seem like it. I'd rather be tall than short. Hang in there and the boys will catch up to you, now just enjoy being the tall you.
If you had major growth recently u should be slowing down by now.

Your height isnt a problem. girls just develop faster than guys and guys do get a little intimidated of girls heighth(i wood no im 5'1").
But dont worry. i have alot of frends(girls) that are taller than me and i love them so much!!! so dont worry bout your height. being tall is cool.just remember that!

OMG yea im a little younger then you but i'm 5'6" and trust me people tell me its better to be tall then short.. idk if its true but all my friends r short and they're jealous. Just be proud and show off those great legs! cuz basically if ur tall u have long legs so show em off! lol byee

dont worry about being tall the taller you are the more people will respect you. i have a 12 year old lil sister who is 5'7 and deff not done growing, and my best friend is 5'11 and only 16 .....so be proud of being tall it is a very special thing. i only wish i was taller, im 16 and 5'3 and im done growing. And about boys you are gunna have alot of boys wanting to go after you, trust me they are more interested in taller girls than short ones,:) i hope i helped you and if everyone is sayin you could be a model than heck what are you waitin for go for it.
