I would practice presenting your report to yourself in the mirror. Once you have done that, present it to your family. If that still doesn't help you when you get up infront of your class, look at the back wall. If your teacher grades you on making eye contact, then keep looking at the wall and move your eyes SLOWLY down to make it look like you are looking at the people that are in the front row.

*GOOD LUCK*

hmm.. well if it's possible you can try a class that we people have down here called communication application.. or you can try to improve on yourself. you can talk infront of a mirror and gradually build up your confidence.. doesnt realy work for most poeple (like me) but you can try to imaine poeple are in their undies when you present.. or find something to concentrate when you present.. so that you dont realy focus your attention on everyone else... just remember.. gradual steps.. not big leaps. and you're not alone.. you're definately not goign to be stuck like this forever.. a lot of poeple have presenting anxiety or presenting problems. if this really bugs you talk to someone about it.. they might be able to help better than myself. goodluck

OK sweets here is what you need to do, first you need to practice in a mirror, then practice in front of your parents, letting them critisize you on what you did wrong, what could be better etc. then make sure you do it in front of your friends. The bigger the crowd the better. You see I act so when i'm on stage there are like hundreds of people and I just always think to myself "you can't see thier faces it's cool" then while you are speaking find a spot behind your audience on the wall and focus on that spot. It even sometimes helps to tell them you are nervous, it helps everyone to kind of loosen up! Don't be scared they are just a sack of skin, blood, and bones :)

i understand how you feel i had to say a speech in front of 400 kids when i ran for office at my school its very nerve racking i know but its really not THAT bad when u think about it though! i mean there could be worse things anyways just try to focus on something else and try to stay calm youve gotta focus more on your performance (e.i. poster, voice, breathing etc) rather than how nervous you are, the more you think about it the more nervous youll get WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT IMAGINE PEOPLE IN THERE UNDERWEAR it will just make you blush or laugh you also wanna watch out about your hand movments u dont wanna look like youre crazy! ;b and as for the sweating thing just be sure to wear lots of deoderent ;) i hope i helped you but if not... im sorry!

I have been there before way too many times. To be honest, it took me awhile to get over it somehow. Well I always found that memorizing the material and practicing in front of family or friends work.

I felt the same way as you when i ran for vice president of my school. All you need to do hun is practice your speech over and over again. Do it in front of a mirror. Then take it a step farther by doing it in front of your parents and family. that way when u get up there u know what to say and u will be less nervous... hope i helped you
