why did she lied? okay i was having a good talk to my friend just our hey and whats going on. her phone rang and she pick it up, i heard a "hello...Lara" she hang up quick and i laughed and she did also and i said
"who was that?"
she said "wrong number"
"but i heard them say your name" I said
"umm i dont know..just wrong number" the cell rang again and i looked at it and the number showed. it didnt say a name but i knew the number was from our old school friend of ours. i said "its Tony..." (tony calls her once in a while) she said"oh..really?...well he can leave a message" and we continue talking.
why did she lie about that? i know she gets phone calls from him cause she tells me but why act like you dont know the number?

alright.
so i spent april 7th- april 22nd at my boyfriends house for spring break.
we are in a long distance relationship.
spring break was the first time i had seen him since january.
well. me and my boyfriend have been together for a year and 2months. we are very much in love. and plan to get married within the next few years.
the only problem right now is his father.
his father for some reason s me.
neither of us know why because i have never been rude or disrespectful to him or anything bad. but his dad calls me a wench and a . and stuff like that. my boyfriends father hating me is causing tension between the two of them. and i dont want them to have a bad relationship because of me..but at the same time i refuse to let him go..ive been with him for over a year. and i couldnt picture myself with anybody but him. im so in love with him. and he loves me too. my boyfriend is actually thinking of completely disowning his father until he learns to respect me and apologizes to me for the things hes said to me and the way he has treated me. but i dont want him and his dad to stop talking just because of me. i dont know what to do. im so confused. the rest of my boyfriends family likes me..his mom. his sister. his grandparents. aunts. uncles and cousins all like me. its just his dad and his brother. his brother doesnt like me coz hes a suck up and if his dad dont like someone he doesnt either. but im so confused. what should i do!

wow this is a tough decision to make. If i was you i would still stay together with him because if you let him go now you might not be able to be with him later down the road. Just because of two people you shouldnt just stop being with someone. Your going to have people with their opinions and comments but you guys need to ignore it. At least try to ignore it if you guys are truely in love then you shouldnt have to worry bout them. I think you should stay with him dont worry bout his dad at least the rest of the family likes you. I think that his dad will get over it sooner or later. Its going to take time but im sure he will come around. I dont think that its good for your bf and his dad to stop talking but if hes in love with you its worth it. After awhile his dad will talk to him again and he will start to talk to his dad about it. If your really worried bout it then i think that you should talk to his dad and see wat you did. Ask him questions like why he hates you and calls you names. Maybe that will help and if it doesnt tell him you wont back down adn stop loving his son. If you decide to not be with him anymore thats just letting his dad win and thats wat his dad wants. I'm 17/f, and I've really formed this crush on one of my friends, who's unfortunatley 22. I know him through work and I've been friends with him since August. Well lately, everytime he sees me he hugs me and lifts me off the ground, and half the time he kisses me on the cheek. He constantly jokes around about "ravaging" me, and calling me "sweet" and "lovely."

The other day we were walking down the street and he grabbed my hand and was like "let's pretend we're going to the prom, darling." and he was joking around and laughing with me about it. He kept kissing my hand/cheek/forehead.

He keeps doing stuff like this, but I'm not sure if he's just being his crazy self, or if he has a thing for me.

I'm afraid that if I ask him, he'll just be like "you're a sweet kid, but I was just joking around" and that would be mortifying for me.

Any advice on what to do in this situation??

hey it sounds like hes really into you. But alot of guys flirt so he could be just being friendly. If hes doing this all the time then i think hes into you. I mean he is older than you but i dont think that matters and if that doesnt matter to him then he might ask you out. I wouldnt ask him anything because if he doesnt like you like that then that would be hurtful to you. So if he likes you then im sure he will eventually ask you out. Okay so me and my boyfriend have been going out for almost 2 years. And i think hes cheating on me but i dont know. He never wants to go anywhere let alone do anything such as prom i had to beg him to go with me. He never wants to do anything duriing the week or on the weekends. I cant remember the last time we went out. But he always has time to go out with his friends, Everytime hes sopposibly out with his friends i call he doesnt answer. hey im sorry to say it but it sounds like hes cheating on you. When you are going out with someone they want to be with you all the time but still would like to be with their friends too. If hes not answering your phone calls then that usually means hes with someone else and doesnt want you to kno and doesnt want the other chick to kno that he has a gf. If he wasnt cheating on you then im sure he woulda had no problem giving you his phone to look at. THat means hes hiding something from you. I would try talking to him about it or find somethings out from his friends or soemthing. You need to go with your gut feeling its always right. okay a few people say she just likes my company.and was bord on the phone and wants to talk. i agree on that. this is hard to explain but when she talks to me she talks with a soft teasing voice. i heard her say to me that she was looking at a picture of an owl and said "its so cute, unlike you." she ment me. i respond "what ummm okay" she laugh and said "what no combat?" i got confused and wasnt sure what to say.

Well i think that she was flirting with you and joking at the same time. When i flirt i do the same thing but every person is different so its hard to say. But im pretty sure she was. Usually when i like someone i talk to them all the time and try to hangout with them as much as i can. I usually touch them too and give them hugs and stuff. If your not sure if she likes you or not ask her but in a kinda kidding way. Like say do you like me or something wen she calls you and see wat she says and if she laughs then be like im serious do you like me. thats all you can really do is ask if your not sure about someting. There is no way for you to stop assuming things unless you ask her. If your mind is set on someting its very hard to get it to think something different. I would ask her and talk to her about everything. Then you will stop assuming and you will know how she really feels adn thinks about everything. Sometimes when i'm on the phone with my friends and when i tell them i have to go. they responed no. so i ask why "do you have something elus to say?" or "do you want to talk about whatever?"
i get a respones back of a yes to either of them.
but my friend Jane (i have a crush on, and she knows but we ignor it.) anyways...she said no to those questtions. so i said "okay do you want me to stay on and listen to you reading your quizes?" well i think that you love her as a sister kinda love. Because you dated your friends before and it didnt work out so maybe your better off just being really close friends with her. SOmetimes when you date your best friends or friends things dont work out because your love is more like a friend kinda love and a brother and sister kinda love. things might change if you dated her. When i went out with my best friend things got really weird and we just stayed friends it was better that way. We still talked bout things and love eachother still but it was weird kissing him and stuff. But if you really love her as a girlfriend then go for it dont be scared of her leaving you. okay, I just read this article on anorexia, and now I'm worried I'm going anorexic!! I'm 5"9 and a half and 152 pounds, and I used to eat a lot but lately I've been cutting back so I can lose weight (I walk an hour every day).

I've cut my portions back by about half and instead of eating A LOT of high calorie stuff as snacks/etc i eat healthy low calorie stuff..but now I'm really anal about what i put into my body and etc..and sometimes I'll feel really dizzy inbetween 8 am and 11 am because i eat at 6am and dont have lunch till 11.

I don't even LOOK anorexic, so its not like I'm getting harrassed for it or anything..I'm just worried Im in danger of becoming one because i HATE way-too-skinny people, IMO they look sick and diseased, and I would hate to become anorexic, because in most cases that's losing control (i heard it can be genetic too) and i hate to lose control =P

i only want to lose weight till my BMI hits 19-20 (atm it's 22.4 according to some website), which would be when I'm 135-140 pounds.

so..am i in danger of becoming anorexic?

hey no i dont think you turning anorexic. It can turn into that but i dont think you would.But i think the reason why your dizzy is because right now your body isnt used to the new ways your eating so its going to take awhile for your body to get used to that. So i wouldnt worry bout that really and it could be because your not eating as much now. But i dont think you wil become anorexic if you were you wouldnt be eating at all. Just because your cutting bak on how much you eat doenst mean that your goin to stop eating. IT happens to soem ppl but im sure you dont want to do that and i hope you dont thats just bad for you. i think that you should just dump him i mean a whole relationship is all trust and if he cant trust you then things arent goin to work out between you too. You can try talkin tohim bout the whole trust thing and see if hes willing to trust you more and not be soo controlling. My friend had a controlling bf and things got wayy out of hand between them too. A break is usaully wen too ppl see wats its like to date other people and explore dating different people. Hi, I recently asked the question about anorexia and menstruation and bloating and the main response that I got back was not that I was bloated from lack of menstruation but the anorexia itself. So why am I bloated from anorexia? Okay...what makes anorexic people bloated? And what can I do to make it go away, besides eating? Help?

hey i just have to say you need to EAT! there is no reason why you shouldnt be eating. your bloated because you dont have anything in you tummy. its only acids thats not good you need to get help and fast because you can die from that if you didnt kno and im sure you dont want that to happen.
