okay so im wondering about the "Fat Loss 4 idiots" weightloss program thing. has anybody used this and does it really work? ive looked up reviews and all of them say that it does work but i guess im still a bit skeptical. and will it work for sumbody only wanting to lose about 7 pounds? i use to be really skinny but since its gotten colder and with the holidays coming ive gained about 5 pounds already and im guessing between now and january 1 ill gain about another 2-5 pounds and when the new year comes i want to drop it off quick before i go back to school and this "fat loss 4 idiots" claims that you'll lose a lot of weight within 11 days. will it work for somebody like me only wanting to lose about 7 pounds. by the way im 17 years old 5'3 and i weigh 120

But if that's all you're going for - I don't think Fat Loss 4 Idiots is for you. That type of weightloss program is for bigger people. You loose weight faster when you're heavier and since you're not 150lbs, I don't think it would make much of a difference.
Heating healthy and excersising is really the best way to loose that amount of weight.
Cut back a couple hundred calories. ex: if you normally eat 1600, cut back too 1400. excersize a half hour, three times a week. and you should be all set.

My idea is having it be about an Acid Trip.. going through the mind of someone who does acid and just have it be very creative/crazy trippy footage. so i need to lose weight, i need to feel better. ive been so tired and im sick of it. i want to look and feel better.

a few questions:
-what kind of vitamins are good for me to take everyday?
-for breakfast, what could i eat besides cereal? is there anything fast to make? i was thinking about making one scrambled egg and a glass of juice and vitamins. would that be good enough?
-what is something really healthy that i can bring to lunch, besides salad. i dont really want to bring anything to school that can spoil in my locker, just something really light that wont make me too full. and not really sandwiches either, because i get sick of that too quick.
-what are some healthy snacks that i can eat, besides yogurt, veggies, and fruits?
-how much water should i drink in a day?
-is there any other drinks that are healthy besides water?
-should i completely cut out junk food, or have it once or twice a week?

i want to lose weight, but i want to be healthy. i dont wanna starve myself like i already am. im slowly stopping the pop drinking, and sticking with juice and water. ill have a pop once in a while. for dinner, i just eat what my mom makes me, but im gonna start eating in smaller portions.

also, what is a good exercise plan to go on?
i have a treadmill and a bike, how long should i go on each every day?

i could use loads of help from people that have lost a lot of weight, and it would help if some vegans could tell me what they eat. im not turning vegan but i like some of that kind of food.

please any advice can help!

I'm the same age as you. and in the same situation.
so i'll tell you what i'll be doing:


- Any kind of vitamins will pretty much cut it. I usually just grab a complete multivitamin.Try looking at some labels/googling what's best for you.
- Breakfast is actually my favorite part of day. And cereal isn't the only thing out there.
try non-fat vanilla yogurt w/ bananas
Toast w/ Peanut Butter along with an apple as a side
Whole-Grain waffle with no syrup.
Or even the egg/juice/vitamin is a good one!
- Lunch: if you don't want to bring a big lunch, you can always buy something at school. I don't know what your school system is like, but we have a deli section, salad section, and the main dish. Either that, or you could just Bring in a snack like a protein bar with a peice of fruit or vegetable.
- healthy snacks: non-fat fig newtons are good. but stick to the serving size when you eat them.
uhhm. sunchips are whole grain - which is good.
ricecakes ( they have flavors and are only 60 calories per serving)
fat-free pudding cups
pria bars (in the health food section. they're really good if you're having a sweet craving)
pretzals
tablespoon of peanut butter
popped popcorn with no butter/salt (you should get a seasoning called Molly McButter. It tastes like butter, but it's really low on calories)
really, there's a lot.
- Water: standard 8 glasses a day should cut it. when you go to the store, buy a big bottle, it'll help you drink more.
- Healthy drinks: plain tea, black coffee, diet soda (don't overdo it on this either), grape juice orange juice, apple juice, crystal light (powder you can put in your water to make it taste better), low-fat milk.
- Junk food: I think it's up to you. Personally, I don't have it becuase it really just makes me freak out and have more. Just stick to the serving size. And don't have it everyday. then you should be good.
- Smaller portions: best way to do that is to use a smaller plate. it tricks your mind into thinking you ate more than you did. (:


- Excersise: Bike is good! My brother bikes and he lost 30lbs one summer. And he's been skinny his whole life! Biking everday for around 20 minutes will deffinitly be benneficial. Same goes for tredmill. 20 minutes a day is excellent. Just remember to do some crunches/pushups/situps/weights too.


- As for the whole vegan thing: try boca burgers.

Well, there's a few ways to get out of your 'plateau'
you can:
a. Cut back on calories. If you're eating 1600 calories per day, make it 1500 or 1400.
b. Increase your excersise time. 15 minutes to 25 minutes, etc.
c. Cut back on something else you eat a lot. Like replace some snacks with fruit or vegetables. Or if you drink a lot of juices drink water instead.

Okay so I've had sex with girls(if that's what you want to call it), but now I'm going to have sex with a guy for the first time. My friends told me that their first time it wouldn't go in and it hurt really bad. Is it going to be extremely hard and painful for me?

if your a girl - i doubt it will hurt that much. Since you've already had experience, the tightness most girls have is most likely gone.

AHHHH im kinda freaked out because i think that i might be pregnant.

well, normally, when i have a sleepover, we play video games, watch movies (usually a TV season on dvd me and my friends are obsessed with), dye hair (temporary stuff), listen to music, pig out on junkfood, and depending on the person, sometimes walk around the neighborhood.

i slept over my family friends house (girl, my age) and we were watching a movie with her brother (2 years older). she fell asleep and me and her brother were watching. and then he was kissing my neck, and we then started making out. then it kind of got carried away and we went into the basement, and he wanted to go really far but i just let him feel me up. i dont like him at all.. but my question is, should i tell my family friend, because that would completely change our relationship and awkward between me and him, and i want to avoid it..

I don't know if my weight is normal, but I'd still like to lose a few pounds here and there. My 'problem areas' are my thighs, calves, and abs. I want them to get skinnier, but I don't want to look muscular either. Any tips on how I can do this? I'd love to do this by at least May (hopefully) but I do want to do it safely too. Thanks!

as for your goal, i deffinitly think you can shape up by may! its an excellent and reasonable goal that won't make you have to change your ways drastically. start by making small goals before your big one, like loose 4inches off your waste by end of febuary, or run 20 minutes three times a week for a month. you'll see better progress =D

anyway..the workouts.
well, for calves - i would deffinitly try ankle weights, if you have any. walking around with them during school is great. when you have them on, take bigger steps when you go up the stairs. you will feel the burn!
as for abs - try crunches, pushups, sit ups, etc.
and for thighs - 5-10 minutes of running, jumping jacks, rollerskating, swimming, jogging, walking, etc.

eat healthy! you don't really have to take it to the extreme, but just eating 5 fruits and veggies a day would be excellent for your body.
