Gargarling salt water helps sore throats and maybe your lacking some vitamin c in which case you can just get throat lozanges at your local drugstore. It might be allergies in which case, overthe counter Claritan is helpful. However, if the pain is persistent and has been going on for a long time and nothing works, definately make an appointment with your doctor. Feel better soon!

my boyfriend & i had been together for almost 2 months. i really had strong feelings towards him. he always treated me right, i knew he was the one.
he broke up with me today and his reason was because he's looking for a girl whose a "woman of god" & that isn't me. he called me back about 3 hours after he broke up with me, and said that he had talked to his best friend & he heard a song that reminded him of me. & he wouldn't know how to go on without me. also that my religion doesnt really matter right now we just have to live each day by itself.
now he wants me back. but ive talked to my mom & sister about this already and they both said i shouldnt get back with him.
i really like him, i might even love him. do you think that me taking him back would be completely bad?
please help.

It really all depends on how you feel about him. I think that if he broke up with you for "not being a woman of God", then he isn't worth it, even when he comes crawling back. However, if you think that you love him you should talk to him and see if you ahve makea comprimise that religion shouldn't matter or that you guys wont let it get in the way of your relationship. You could always try to go out with him again and see how it goes but tell him that it hurt you when he dumped you for that reason.

15 F Chicago and i'm always hearing disrespectful things about President Bush and how he is so insuboordinate(to sum it all up becuase i probably cannot swear on here) so basically my question is..why do so many people hate Bush? I know that being a president is a hard job but I personally dont like him. He seems ignorant and isn't focusing on problems that are realyl important to tthe public. I think that he isn't knowledgable about many things in our world and has a rather distorted view of reality. I think that he is making a lot of laws and rules and things like that that he really doesn't know anything about. Overall, I just don't think he is an intelligent eprson.
With all that said, a lot of my friends are extremely cnservative and I respect their opinions its just not what i believe.

im 15 almost 16 and i am still in a AA-cup bra.
mom is a A-cup, but my sister is a C-cup.
This is completely destroying my life! I have not had a boyfriend cuz' my breasts are tiny now I am old and nobody will want me.

I know plenty of people with your same size and they are doing fine. Breatst enlargement is a ridiculous thought at your age. Don't wory. Your not gone growing. Love your body. Small breasts can fit into really cute and fashionable tops easier and with tube tops/halter, you don't even have to wear a bra! The reason that you don't have a boy friend is not beaseu of your breat size and if it is, trust me, those are not the type of boyfriends you would ever want to have. Maybe some guys are turned off by your lack of confidence that you seem to have. Just think of the positives. :)

Just say "yes" or "yeah" in a flrty cute way. You shouldn't sound too desperate or too excited but definately sound happy and like you want to. t doesn't matter what you say as long as its yes but in how you say it.

He mgit still like you but not know how to deal with it or maybe he just stopped liking you. You never know. Talking to him is really the only way to see where he is at. It might be awkward but if she pplay if off like your not nervous or anything, he'll probablyfeel more comfortable. Before just going out and asking you should become his friend. Talk to him. Just simple things like "hey how was your day?" or "Ahh math today sucked" (wel lif our in school obvisously) or "Remember that time when...that was cool". Just something like that. Good luck and I'm sure that he would be lucky to have you!

There is no time that is too long or too old to have sex. When the time is right, at any age, you will know. Sure, you could do it with anybody but then it will be nothing special and it will just be something you did when you were 23. My advice would be, wait until you are really in love with somebody and you could be 45 or you could be 23 but it will be better if you wait for love.

TSS is Toxic Shock Syndrome. This can occur, but is very rare, when a tampon is left in the body for more than eight hours. Sometimes, girls who are sick and on their periods and use tampons may fall asleep and wake up and forget and leave it in for a day or more, that is one way it occurs a lot. If you have TSS you first start to develop flu like symptoms that accompany a rash that looks like sunburn. If you have this you lose a lot of fluids and get very dehydrated. This disease is really serious and can make you really sick. You have to be hospatalized if you have this and extremely rarely it can lead to death. To avoid it just make sure never to leave a tampon in for more than eight hours.

Its probably your period but very light. In the next couple of days it will probably get heavier and then you will nkow for sure that it is your period.

At most you should leave a tampon in at 8 hours but TSS is very rare, not to underemphasize the disease which is deadly. If you leave it in for 9 hours, you should be fine but try never too. 6-8 hours is normal. If you want to do that make sure you wake up in time to change your tampon.

You are most likely to get your mothers genes for breast size but it is hard to tell. To really find out you can ask your doctor next time you are there.

pI babysit a 10 month old and a 3 year old. The mom is going to be away and the dad has to cook at this 4th of July party they are having. They want me to babysit for them at the party. I dont know if I should let the family play with the kids or go off by myself because im afraid if I let a family member hold the baby they will keep passing him off and i will loose track of him. wut should i do? You should let the family play with the baby but just stay close or be there to watch it and take it away from them when they need some help. Before the party you could always ask them exactly what they expect of you at the party.

I go to this camp and there is this girl I like I am 14/m and she is 16/f (I don't care that she is older) the thing is she has told me she thinks I'm hot and I've told her the same thing. I think that the girl is just using you to get physical satisfaction. As always, the best option would be to talk to her to see if she wants a physical relationship or a real boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. If its just physical and yo want more, forget about her, there are more girls out there who will appreciate you and want you for more than just physical gratification.

I don't know what happened to my ipod. I was turning it on like I usually would, then it turned on.
After that I couldn't move the cursor circle thing around, and it kind of froze up. The screen started fading away slowly. And now it won't turn on.

Try to Sync the ipod to the computer and update it and then press around ion the ipod just to see if anything happens. Then fully charge. If nothing works, your battery is probably dead. You can order a new battery or take it to the apple store to see what to do.

First try medicated blistex or just basic vasoline/petroleum jelly and if that doesn't work you can just contact your doctor and see if there are any alternate solutions. You probably won't even need to go to the doctor. I had this problem a couple of years ago where my lips were so chapped I looked like I had 4 lips, my normal ones and one above and below, I found this great prodcut at my hair solan and I forgot who made it but it was in a dark gray tube and had a light peach shimmer tint to it, it was amazing and worked in 3 days.

Just tell your mother that you would like her to buy you some tampons just in case you get your period on vacation becasue chances are, shes thought about it or something. Just explain to her that you would feel much kmore comfortable if you had them with you on the vacation even if you don't have your period. If your mom won't buy you some, just buy som yourself but your mom shoud buy them for you.

Working out and doing exercises that might add muscle to your legs will make them appear larger, in a good and healthy way. Spin biks or just regular biking is a great way to emphasize the legs muscles as is sports such as dancing and soccer.
